great machine

I have used this machine for a month and love it. There is only one problem, the depth of the tub. I am only 5'1" tall and it is not easy to reach the bottom. I really wanted the 8000 model but the dealer didn't have it so I took the 8500 model not realizing how deep the tub is.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine a little over a month ago for our new home. It washes better than any other machine I've had. And the size is amazing. What used to be 2-3 loads of laundry for me is now 1! Couldn't be happier with this purchase!

This was a replacement for a similar model (one level higher than this one) that had the main bearing assembly fail at 2-1/2 years of service. Cost to repair including freight for the old machine was the same as getting this machine one step down in features. The machine previous and this one have provided good washing action. Large capacity is helpful. I was skeptical at first due to the low level of water utilized in washing loads, but performance seems every bit as good if not better than the conventional machine the first machine replaced. I would recommend purchasing the extended warranty (would have been 1/2 the cost of the repair).

Had this for 2 months and LOVE doing laundry now. I am so glad to be done with front loaders and their smell. This washing machine is fantastic! It holds a ton and does a great job washing!

We bought this washer a month ago as a replacement for an 8 year old Cabrio which was rusting, had had shocks replaced, and was having recurring control panel problems.So far this one is doing great. The old washer wrinkled the clothes; this one does much better. Hopefully the rusting is no longer an issue although it is still too new to tell. No control panel problems so far.We are getting used to having to push an extra button when we are using fabric softener - I am sure there is a reason for that but it's not obvious.We liked the large loads our old washer could handle, and the way the clothes came out clean. This one may be even better!
