I am most pleased with my new Whirlpool, it allows many choices for settings andI have noticed my clothes are fresher looking. I have told all my clients and friendswhat an incredible machine I have purchased.

Love the way it works, but my electric bill went up $80 more last month. I thought this was going to be a more energy efficient machine. It runs longer, so now I am using short wash and cold water only to see if the bill goes down. Will do survey after Nov. electric bill.

Terribly Disappointed

Worst machine ever, wish I had listened to the poor ratings. The only way I can get my clothes fairy clean is by using the BULKY cycle. This machine is extremely rough on clothes, even the delicate cycle. When I try to remove them, they are a twisted and tangled mess ! Anything with built in strings becomes a big challenge. I even put clothes inside out to hide the strings and not break. Do not waste your $ on this washer...you will be sorry !!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very happy with the larger capacity and feature that senses how much water is the right amount for whatever the load size is. Also seems to somehow actually get things cleaner.

A decent washer that is a top loader. My older one broke down from use and we chose this top loader over the side loader version. There's no drawer to pull out to pour detergent in, its all integrated under the lid which is nice. Was told maintenance was just pouring in washing machine powder and put on wash cycle. The pole in the center is smaller and shorter then other traditional top loader models.The capacity is quite good, i estimate it can load about 50-60 articles of clothing. One thing that should be noted is that the load must be distributed EVENLY around the center pole or the machine will vibrate violently and potentially move around during operation. I assume this is because of water absorption where there are more clothes. Other then that its pretty simple to use.There are many features on it like you'd see on a typical washing machine. Some features that might be exclusive to itself would be its water saving technology it has built into it. A lot of things are changeable such as temperature, wash cycle, and various other things. A really good thing to know is the amount of water will scale with the amount of things you put into it.One minor thing to note is if you leave loose change or anything thin like a coin. They can fall into the machine because of how the washer is made.
