purchase 2 weeks ago getting use to new features love the idea of selectingwash cycle and power/start and the machine adjust water level etcI love the brand

This washer is great and replaced a really old model. Didn't really consider a front loader as this seemed like a better option with the features especially HE. Only minor issue, it is quieter than our old washer but maybe not as quiet as we thought.

This washer is AWESOME!! Just like I have read in tons of reviews, you must read and use the owners manual in the beginning to learn how to get the most out of this machine. Each cycle does a very different thing (i.e. more water, less water, more time, slow, fast or medium agitation speeds, etc.) For instance, if you have items (like jeans, jackets, blankets, comforters) then you want to use the "bulky items" setting. Why? Because the washer uses LOTS more water in this cycle! I love having the window so I can see what is going on during the different wash cycles. I have learned so much just by watching what is going on. My whites are actually whiter...no kidding! And, my towels are softer...honestly! My husband even commented; "Wow, how did you get our towels so soft?" It makes different but cool sounds, not overly loud though. The large capacity of this washer is incredible!!! I can put HUGE loads in and everything comes out sparkling clean! Love that!! I am 5'1" tall and have no problem reaching the clothes or bottom of the washer basket. I love the fact that this washer sounds an alarm when it is finished with the cycle! It helps me get my laundry done so much faster!! You can turn this alarm off if you don't want it, which is cool. The detergent I use is Cheer he liquid and it smells soooo good!! I also purchased the matching WGD8500BW dryer and I love that too!!! I am VERY happy with my purchase and I definitely recommend this product!!

Great Washer

We switched our last washer with this one the old one was not washing that well and was noisy for washes. This washer is more than keeping up with our loads of laundry. It is very quiet when running.

Whirlpool top load washer

I bought this washer in April and I am very satisfied. It leaves our clothing so clean and smelling so fresh. It's so easy to use that even my grandmother can operate it. In addition, it's not a noisy machine. I highly recommend this washer.
