Two full months in ... bought so I could wash my queen size quilts. There is an issue with keeping this machine balanced for sheets and the quilts. Other than that issue, clothes come out very clean with little drying time. As long as I load it carefully and keep an eye on bulky item, I can live with the issue. The machine has a very large capacity. Yes the clothes come out wrinkled because they are spun very dry so I believe that it is doing its job. I have the matching dryer and and I shake out the wet items before tossing them in the dryer and they come out wrinkle free. I should add that the washer is VERY quiet!

Pleased with overall performance

We bought the washer in December 2013 and have been very pleased with its performance. I love loading everything and not having to touch it again until it is time to through them in the dryer. The only thing I have been disappointed with is sometimes not all the soap or fabric softener comes out in the rinse when there are blue jeans in the load. But that is minor and I just re-rinse them.

Great Features but difficult for short people to reach botto

I bought this washing machine three months ago and am very pleased with its large capacity and variety of menus for washing clothing, sheets, and both light and heavy loads. It washes very well and the clothes come out well rung out so that it takes minimum drying time.The only drawback is that the tub is so deep that it is difficult for short people to reach to the bottom of the tub to retrieve socks and other small clothing.

Many settings to pick from and automated for soap, softner and bleach. Also can manually adjust. You can just walk away

I love the washer - it is so easy to operate that my handicapped son can do the laundry without my help. I do not have to use any special products- all i have to do is to add all the products: ie: detergent, bleach (if warranted), and fabric softener. The washer tells him the amount of time it will take to wash and all he does is turn it on and let it do its thing.
I would recommend this to a friend!
