I've only had for 24 hrs & I'm in love! It's bigger than what I had and takes up a little more space, but looks good anyway & works out in the space! People have been complaining about not enough water, but I begg to differ. It's smart. It knows the right amount. Having the matching dryer makes it even better. My clothes are so much softer! My old whirlpool is no match. From what I'm understanding thus far it will care for your clothes better. I'm happy. You have to use the efficiency detergent ( ie. with the "he" symbol ). Other detergents will do some damage. I just use the throw ins. It's awesome!

Hopefully this new one lasts longer than our previous Cabrio. Guess I am old but I remember my parents washer and dryer seemingly lasting forever. Not so today. Our 7 year old Cabrio lost it's "bearings" and motor and it was less expensive to buy a new one then repair the old one. Various sources highly rated this new Cabrio and the deal was good so we are rolling the dice. Not a huge fan of the dark control panel the lighter one was easier to read, otherwise it works great, the capacity is terrific so now it becomes a test of longevity and with just two adults in the household how many loads will we will get?

Best washer I've ever owned

This replaced my LG front loader. So far, it's been amazing! My families clothes are cleaner, the smell great and my wash time is dropped to 1/2 what it was. I have a family of 6 and it would take me all day and sometimes into the next to finish laundry. Now I'm done by noon on Saturday! Love it!

Our washer went out so I enlisted my friends help via facebook. This is the one several people told me to purchase. I shopped and decided they were correct so we purchased this washer. I love it! I can not believe how clean my clothes are with less water. It takes less time to get all the laundry done and now I have more time for me. Love this washer!

I am unfortunately not pleased with the cleaning of my clothes. My old washer got my clothes cleaner in less time. I wish I had spoken with other users and with the appliance repairman before purchasing this washer. He suggested the extended warranty, because, in his words, "you're going to need it". What a disappointment!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
