Great washer. I am looking forward to see how much our water usage decreases over time. With a three year old in the home there is always lots of laundry to do.

Product works great but is quite a change from my previous front loader so it's taking a little getting used to. Have had no issues with cycles or cleaning so I'm pleased with it.

Easy to use and gets the job done

Got this machine a few weeks ago and just have to say I am impressed with the way it is working. Clothes are clean and uses less water and energy than the previous washer. Word of advice is to follow the guidelines. Mix loading may cause the clothes to come out wrinkled. Separate the clothes and set setting to the proper recommendation and Bam it comes out perfect. Towels cleaner than before. Capacity of the washer is amazing. Comforters not a problem.

Great features

I love my new Whirlpool Cabrio Platinum washer. It has a huge stainless steel drum with a low profile agitator which allows plenty of room to do mounds of laundry. The cool shiny grey color coordinates wonderfully with my other stainless steel appliances. My old washer had a traditional agitator which took up a lot of room and often meant I had to untangle clothes before I could put them into the dryer. It also left the clothes so wrinkled that sheets in particular looked like a car had driven over them. It's amazing how dry clothes are coming out of my new washer which cuts down on drying time and no wrinkles either. Simply amazing.

It washes great Use HE detergent !

I have purchased and been given quite a few washers. I even had a beautiful set of front loaders. This washer is my favorite though.. from the stainless steel tub and overall look and design to the way it washes, I am impressed .. and I sold washers for years. I put a very bulky king sized comforter in that stunk to high heaven because my dogs had claimed it and it came out beautifully! .. I think perhaps the people who are having issues with the cleaning may not be using HE detergent or overloading and not piling the clothing loosely as the instructions say .. or they have a faulty washer. I also have the matching dryer. My husband and I love them and it was a perfect solution because I love the efficiency and gentleness on my clothing of front loaders but he hates them and swears they leak. This gave me the features I wanted and addressed his concerns perfectly! These were by far the best laundry purchase we have made in 17 years!
