This washer is the best purchase I have made in years. Just this morning I started folding ONE LOAD of clothes and realized that I had washed:13 V-Neck T Shirts2 Tank Tops14 Underwear (mens)2 pairs socks3 sweat pants1 hoodie1 pair of jeans1 sleep pajamas bottoms3 long sleeve thermal shirts4 shortsThis would have been at least three loads in my previous machine. In addition, my laundry is coming out CLEANER than it ever has! I have a light tan robe that I got some hair dye on the collar (yes - I cover my grays!). I had already washed and dried the robe when I realized the stain was there - so I just assumed it was permanently "baked" in. I washed the stained robe earlier this week and the stain has been removed. My whites are whiter, everything is coming cleaner - I love the technology this washer uses!!! I can't say enough about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this washer for 2 months but I love it. I reserve the right to change my mind as time goes on. It is easy to use. gets my clothes cleaner. love the hand wash setting. love the capability to wash large items. Love using less soap. It is a pleasure to use. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

Very Frustrated

I have had this washer for 3 years and have not felt such frustration ever. My old washers would last 15-20 years. This one, while appearing high tech and modern, does not clean clothes well, is very slow, and has to be repaired frequently. My wife wanted to return it after the first week and I dissuaded her saying we should give it a chance. I really regret that decision as the washer has given us nothing but problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Set it and forget about it functionality

It's taken me a little time to get used to a new way of washing my clothes, but once I did, I really enjoy this washer. I wash a lot of small loads and I feel like I'm using less water and laundry detergents than my old washer from 1994. I'm also pretty picky about when the laundry additives get added to my wash load. This guy lets me load everything ... detergent, bleach, fabric softener..., set the wash and rinse cycles and go. I also ove the large load capacity.

It seems to use a lot less water and gets the clothes clean. Quiet and hasn't gotten out of balance.
