good unit, but not pleased with harshness to clothing

We bought this unit to match the dryer that we purchased. My wife likes the size of tub, controlss, and ease of use. Her complaint so far is "it is hard on clothes, I see wear on clothing that wasn't there before. It has even torn some buttons off my clothes".Again, it is too early to give an honest evaluation of quality or dependability after about 1 month ownership.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The performance has been great. It cleans well, uses less energy and water. And it's quiet. I'm very pleased. A little more pricy than I planned but performance is good

My second one, it's that good

I bought one when they first came out and LOVED it-miserly with water and detergent (important to me as I have well and septic) simple for everyone to operate, seemingly impossible to overfill it with laundry. When a family member was in need of a washer, I gave her mine, and bought a cheapie regular-style washer and immediately regretted the decision. The conventional washer was soon donated to charity and I once again purchased a Cabrio-this time I'm keeping it! The operation and sounds are quite different than what you would be used to if it is your first Cabrio but once you figure out what sounds are normal it's all good once again. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Amazing washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is amazing. Water saving, it cleans wonderfully and it's even fun to watch it do it.Also i adjusts itself by its sensors so it saves time also and if you put it on high spin, its almost dry by the end of the washing.
