Washer top load

Sorry I wish I could lie and say I am happy with this washer. For the cost I am 100% not satisfied. Just this morning I put 4 towels in very little as was explained to me as well as in the book. Clothiers were still dirty. The clothes spin before even being washed. Not happy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

BIG ROOMY AND CLEANS GREAT

Bought this a few months ago - so far so good. The tub is huge and holds a phenomenal amount of clothes. The oscillator works great - does not damage the clothes and the clothes do not tangle into knots like they did with the Duet front loader. The clothes come out WAY cleaner than the front loader. It remains to be seen how long it will run before something breaks. I wish it had a manual override button so I could put more water in - I think the amount of water makes a cleaning difference and with certain large items like a comforter or area rugs more water is better. Whirlpool should add that button and give the user the option to choose to use more water in the cycle or go with the pre-programmed amount. The only thing that is bothersome is that the cycles run for a very long time - especially when you want an extra rinse or choose heavy soil load. Running longer uses way more electricity. The cycle times make no sense because old top loaders cleaned just as good in half the time. So these new HE machines conserve on water but use a ton more electricity. i don't get it - trading off one for the other.

Size is Great

Love the capacity of the washer. Have had difficulty washing cloth diapers. The cloth diapers do not take up much space, so the washer does not add a lot of water to washer them. Besides washing diapers the washer has been good.

I bought this over 2 months ago and I am pleased with the washer. Clothes come clean every, thing that I expected from a washer. I also like how quiet it runs.

Washes great, love the settings. I just wish I was taller. Love the Large Capacity, I can wash heavy towels and lots of them at once. I just cant reach inside to get them out after with out a step stool cause this magnificent machine is so massive. Thanks cause I used to overstuff my old one.

I love my new washer and dryer especially the steam mode... Great if your in a hurry and need something freshened up or wrinkles removed.

The washer and dryer are very new to us. about 5 weeks to be specific. We are very satisfied with it so far. the only issue we are having is that the dryer is not drying cloths thoroughly and need to call in someone to look at that issue. other than that we are very happy with our decision on the product.
