Lots of new features for me over my old washer.

I've had my washer for about 3 months, and I'm enjoying it very much. It gets clothes washed much faster and of course using less water also.

Cleans well BUT:

We bought this machine to replace a front loader and because of the ECO features.It uses less water and so far seems to get clothes clean.However, it indicated a fault code within 3 weeks which has not been resolved, although the machine continues to operate.The controls are easy to use and offer many pre-sets which make operation fairly simple.Short people will have difficulty reaching the bottom of the machine to place or remove laundry. Its a long way down.

See through lid is a life saver

I bought this item to replace our older cabrio washer that was no longer working. I fought with the idea of having a see through lid. Do I need it or don't I. I love to see if the Washer is getting enough water to clean my clothes. It actually saved our family a world of pain when my toddlers bedtime musical toy was accidently thrown in with the sheets. I looked in to check on the wash and on the top of the load wash the favorite night time toy. It was a little damp but without my see through lid, we would have had some long night considering the toy is no longer made.

Not enough water

I have had this washer for 3 days & plan to return it if I can. It doesn't use enough water. It's like trying to wash clothes with a sprinkler or in the shower. The water level never covers the clothes, Also, the wash cycles tend to require more than hour which actually uses more electricity than my old washer. Smelly clothes were still smelly after wash.I wish I had better selection to choose from. However most current washers are all built this way.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lots of settings

I recently purchased this washer. The many settings allow me to save on energy becuase I can choose the settings for temperature and length of cycle. This is great. I have saved on energy costs since purchasing this washer.
