I have had the washer with matching dryer since Black Friday 2013 and love it, no more bringing king size comforter to the laundry mat

Great product. I was a bit hesitant to get rid of my old Whirlpool and go with the new style. Best decision ever. Clothes come out clean. Less time in the dryer as the clothes come out pretty dry compared to the older washer. Love the amount of cycles to choose from. The bigger tub means less loads.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have heard horror stories about new washing machines so I was not sure how happy I would be with my new one. Surprise! Surprise! I love it. It gets the close clean and my whites are whiter and brighter than ever. Plus, it does it with a lot less water than my old one used. It brings washing into the 21 Century!

The top loader washer is great it cleans much better than our previous front loader.The dryer is also fantastic. The wrinkle free cycle does a great job of removing all the wrinkles.

overall washing capabilites

While I agree the washer has some wonderful features, the window wash lets you know what's going on, choices of water temps, types of loads, rinse on or off, extra rinse, etc in the end, I bought the washer to wash and that is it's problem. I'm not sure if it's the lack of the center agitator or just the total lack of water but darks come out with white spots and creases and whites come out dingy. Rugs never get clean even with the auto leveling and the huge wash tub. I recently took all my rugs to the laundromat and my whole family noticed how nice and bright the rugs came back, speaking volumes to me about dingy dirty laundry. If you could increase the water level, you might actually have a great machine as I believe that is where it's problem lays. Eco or not, it needs enough to do the job. what you save in water, you lose in rewashing. I spent more than I should have for a machine of this washing quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this washer the end of September. I love all the different cycles and how quiet it is. Although it takes longer to wash a load, I can put a lot more clothes in for one load. Very happy with the purchase.
