Excellent washer

I've owned this washer for a month, and it is working great. I've read other reviewers' complaints, and I haven't experienced any of those. Yes, using this kind of washer is different from the older agitator style (which is what I had for 15 years), and it takes some time to get used to. Follow the instructions!So far I've washed everything except my giant sleeping bag. Sheets, whites, delicates, the kids' soccer uniforms, jeans, comforters, bedspreads, this washer has handled them all. Yes, it uses way less water than you'd expect. This washer does make unusual sounds. The items will come out wrinkled in a completely different way than if I'd used the old agitator washer. But my overall point is, this machine works great.

My husband and I are thrilled with this product. I love the ease of operating the washer, it is so quiet, and the water use is so low, but yet my laundry is so clean. We have changed to HE detergent, and we don't use as much laundry product as before, and our laundry is so fresh and smells fantastic. Our whites have never been whiter, and all of our other laundry looks newer. We feel the savings on the water usage and the laundry products. We have actually sat and watched the washer run. We have never been happier with a major appliance purchase and look forward to buying the matching dryer soon.

Does not clean clothes!

I bought this product a few months ago. I was very happy with the capacity vs price. Once I started using it though it was a different story. Even the extended wash (85 minutes) and a small load the clothes do not come out clean. Most of the time I have to rewash the clothes numerous times and with a busy schedule it is very inconvienent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was hesitant to buy this top loader, but have fallen in love with it. I have members in the family who have excessively soiled clothes due their line of work, and it cleans beautifully without leaving an after smell. I also wash bath mats, rugs, Kings size duvets/quilts, track shoes etc. ..and not once had a problem.There are absolutely no regrets. ..

Great large sized top loader

Washing machine's capacity is great, I was able to fit a king sized comforter in there and it came out smelling fresh and looking clean. I also really like the bulky items setting - works great for jeans and sweatshirts. The wash complete signal is loud enough to hear anywhere in my house. I never have to guess if the wash is finished. It does also have a volume control.Overall very happy with this washing machine and love the matching dryer.
