I bought mine a month ago and it broke two weeks ago. I have been without a washer for two weeks. Not happy.

I bought this washer a month ago and I absolutly love it. My clothes have never been cleaner. It does everything I hoped a washer would do plus more.

So far so good. Would have given 5 stars but don't like that you have to remember to turn on the fabric softner every load. Quiet machine, we use on second floor with no vibrations.

Worst washing machine ever!!!!!

Started using this machine and it leaves all of my families black clothes coated in a white residue. I have tried all the suggestions ranging from cleaning the machine to changing soaps (my clothes look just like that of photos Canadian family posted). Dirty clothes go in and visibly dirty clothes come out. Do not waste your time or money. So terribly disappointed. Even after a second rinse you see very little improvement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Whisper of Washer

The washer replaced my old Kenmore, and it is the best washer ever. So quiet and easy to use, and it sits up higher than my old washer which is great. I like that its energy efficient and uses less water.
