You know that a washer is not doing its job when you put a folded shirt in it and the shirt comes out of the washer STILL folded. Wow. The matching dryer is no better. I've never had clothes so wrinkly and not be able to reduce the wrinkles by washing and/or drying a second time. Do NOT buy this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a month ago and it is fantastic! Uses less water and energy. I love all of the features that it has especially the timer for when I am in a hurry I know how much longer it has until I can throw it in the dryer.It is also pretty quiet I almost forget that I am doing laundry. I would recommend this washer to everyone.

Best Washer on the Market

This is the third Whirpool washer I purchased. The first two each lasted 20 years. Love the new Cabrio Platinum Washer. Does an excellent job of cleaning clothes and is very quiet. Would recommend this washer to anyone.
