Easy to Use

I bought this a couple months ago and am very happy with it, in spite of some normal, but weird, noises. The capacity is large enough for a double bed comforter. It takes longer to go through the cycles than my older washer, but it uses less water and detergent. I was concerned about really cleaning the clothes, since it has no agitator. Turns out, it cleans every bit as well without the stress on clothing that an agitator does. I like the variety of settings, so I can customize a particular wash to suit my needs. Another concern was that clothing has to be arranged around the sides so the center is open. I thought that this would limit the size of load. I have had no problems washing whatever size load I wanted. It's amazing how much clothing you can stack around the washer and still have the center open. I had my doubts about it at first, but it serves me very well. I'm glad I bought it.

Replaced an 18 year old dryer, with the new Whirlpool. Have had for 3 weeks ands have been impressed with performance so far.

Huge tub!

I absolutely love this washing machine. I used to have a Kenmore front loader. It was horrible. I could not fit my California King comforter inside of it. I can easily fit it into this machine with even a little room to spare. The features are great and easy to use. It's a beautiful addition to my laundry room. I will be purchasing the matching dryer very soon.

Large Drum, good cleaning.

I've had this washer about 1 month. Replaced a Kenmore (Whirlpool) that was over 30 years old. Doubt any new product will last as long. Like the big drum and so far, clothes come out cleaner, using less water/energy. Cycles are longer than non-HE machine. Surprised that it is so quiet and low vibration especially since it is located in a second floor utility room. So far, so good.
