Whirlpool 4.8 cu ft HE Toop Load Washer

I bought this washer on 1/10/2015. Wow what an awesome machine. The large capacity drum is something I wished I'd had much much sooner. This is the quietest washer I've ever owned. The see thru glass top lets you see it all. It's unbelievable how little water it used. The machine does a really good job on the clothes.

love the huge capacity

Huge capacity, but a bit of problem unloading because of the depth of the tub. Noise levels a lot louder than my old front loader, and does not have as many features. The items loaded last (on top) do not seem to get washed as well as the ones on the bottom. Comforters and large blankets always get the error message of uneven load even when loaded with care. Glass top a plus for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am so happy with my new Whirlpool washer. I like the settings. It is quiet and has adjustable sound settings for a finished load. My white clothes are much whiter now.

What a difference it makes have appliances that work. Our 6 yr old GE washer and dryer were both useless. So far outstanding for the whirlpool appliances.

Overpriced disappointment

This is the worst washing machine I have ever owned. Clothes come out of washer with soap stains all over them no matter how little detergent you add. Also they are so tangled and intertwined they are not even clean. I have tried using the extra rinse to the cycle (which makes the total washing time over an hour) and even that doesn't always work. It's not like this was an economy priced appliance either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
