This washer has great capacity it gets way ahead of our dryer. Easy to use with the many different settings. Easy on the clothes yet gets them sparkiling clean. Very stylish.

Great washing machine! !

I previously had a front load washing machine. I especially like the soak feature since my husbands job is a mechanic & has very dirty clothes. I also love the bigger capacity & the extra features than my previous washer did not have. I can do less loads & i have more time for me!!

Whirlpool Washer

The first one that was installed leaked and I had a flood all over the kitchen. The second one works fine.It is a bit noisy during the wash cycle.

Great washer, fits a lot!

We bought this a couple of months back, and it works great! We can fit all of the kids laundry in one load that used to take us 2-3 loads. The only caveat is that running this washer with a really small load doesn't clean well. Without the agitator, you need to be about half-full at least for clothes to come out clean.

Replacement machine

This machine replaced a Whirlpool washer that developed a bearing problem. The new washer seems to work fine. The lack of an agitator tends to increase out of balance conditions, especially with large items. Since the prior washer wore out sooner than we would have expected, we will pay close attention to the new machine.

Poor cleaning

It doesn't clean my towels at all. They smell musty. The water line does not come up to cover the top of the towels. I am going to try to turn the eco boost off and see how that does. I hope it works cause I like the washer. It cleans my other clothes good. My son had a blood stain on his collar and it came off. Then he had blue food coloring on a white shirt and it came clean too. But its our towels that don't get clean. I'm open to any suggestion.
