We have had this washer for several years. Overall, it does a decent job with cleaning clothes, nothing spectacular. I love the top load feature. We have had issues with the fill valve not completely shutting off. I have cleaned the intake water filters several times and it works about 50% of the time. Biggest drawback is that there is no pre soak cycle. I have tried filling the tub and then unplugging the machine. Does not work. That is why I give this machine a 3 star rating.

We appreciate your feedback, We also want to say way to go with taking initiative to at least try some troubleshooting tricks to see if this would jump start things. Although, The steps didn't work. I purchased mine about 6 years ago. I travel full time in a 5th wheel. It has not failed to operate at anytime. Great machine, would purchase another, absolutely!..
