Love all the choices of a load and quietness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my washer for a couple of months. It is so quiet I hardly know it is on. So easy and efficent. We do a lot of laundry in this house at least seven loads a week or more. Love the little tune it plays to let me know it is done.

Worst washer I have ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is now filling with water for the fourth time. I have 3 queen sheets in it and it becomes unbalanced no matter how I arrange them. Smartbalance is the worst feature ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this about 3 months ago and wish I would have gone with anything but this. It is always off balanced no matter what size load I wash. Cant wash large loads at all have to stand and manually adjust so it will spin without refilling with water multiple times. My water bill is higher than it has ever been because it just keeps refilling trying to balance the load. Would not recommend.

Great Washer!

It conserves water but you can add water if you so desire.
It is quiet and cleans the clothes thoroughly.
My clothes have never been cleaner.
In nine months it has only been off balance once.
Read the manual and get to know it and you will find it amazing.
Especially good for small condo or apartment and fits in small laundry closet.
Cannot recommend it enough.

Quiet and cleans well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first high efficiency washer and I was a bit hesitant from other product reviews about these washers in general. I am so delighted with how quiet it is. With an open floor plan the washer is next to the living room where we watch TV and I do not even notice when the machine is on. It makes some noise, just very low and ignorable. When I first saw the control panel I thought it would be very complicated to learn. I read the instruction booklet and watched a Youtube video. It is actually not that difficult at all to set the machine for a load. The machine automatically picks the right water level. My clothes come out very clean. The clothes are never tangled or damaged (even delicate blouses) as some reviews stated. I place the clothes into the machine around the edges to make the load as evenly balanced as possible (if you just dump the basket of clothes into the machine there might be some issues with an imbalanced load). I also followed the instructions about dividing the wash into loads of similar weight materials. So heavier clothes like jeans and sweats are separated from lighter fabrics like blouses, shirts, tees and undies. I bought the matching dryer also. The wash does take a bit longer than a traditional machine, but since the clothes are dryer at the end of the wash, the dryer takes less time than usual, so laundry time is about the same for me. I appreciate that at the end of the wash there is a little tune played instead of a buzzer. So pleasant. I do wash once a week, usually 3 or 4 loads, and just clean those 2 filters in the machine after the last wash is done. There is also a once a month bleach wash you are supposed to do to keep muskiness from taking hold. I have a small closet that houses the washer and dryer and this was the only model that would fit in my closet which is a tad less than 30" deep. I do not know why washers and dryers have gotten so deep. There must be plenty of other condo dwellers who also need smaller full sized machines. All in all I love this washer. It is quiet, cleans well and fits in my small laundry closet.

Single mothers dream

Saves Water. So Does a Clothes Hamper

If you don't select Extra Water, the machine won't dispense enough water to even cover the clothes. You can't select HOT water temp. If you try shutting off the cold water tap, the machine stops. Stains are not removed. Clothes are not clean and smell like they haven't been washed. Whites are gray and dingy. I usually end up washing clothes twice... that is NOT energy efficient.
Pros: It spins like crazy, shifting speeds like a race car. Very good water extraction. Looks good and front controls are convenient. Large capacity. Good for delicate items that are not very dirty or stained.
