Great Machine

I bought this to replace a smaller Mr Coffee machine with thermal carafe. The lid finally broke after several years. I "upgraded" to this because I like the idea of the electronics on top - not at the bottom where they get wet . I love this machine however, because with the hotter water it works better! the permanent filter uses less grounds and I like the water reservoir that you do not have to pour water into the machine (and make a mess). The coffee stays hotter longer than the old machine also. I wish the machine was a bit smaller - hard to lift out reservoir under cabinet - but you can't have everything! I also use this to brew iced tea - 2 tea bags and than let the bags steep in the carafe.

Bought this item to replace a Mr.Coffe (that was still working) that was taken to the garage. Wow! I love the carafe and being able to set it directly on the coffee table. It keeps the coffee fresher than the hot plate.

Too many sensors.

This coffee maker died after a month of wonderful coffee. The "sensors" beeped at me and beeped at me and I could not stop the beeping. I will never buy any of your products EVER again. A coffee maker that does not make coffee...

Does what its supposed to do!

I've had this coffee maker for a couple of months now and I gotta say it makes a good pot of coffee. The removable water reservoir is handy, the delay brew works fine, the carafe keeps the coffee hot for quite a long time, and it looks good. What's not to like!

Afeter 4 months, coffee is luke warm right away

Coffee was and is brewed well and tasted good. (I use a Krups Burr Grinder right before brewing). All was going well. I have been quite pleased with ease of use, taste, and carafe feature. After four months right after brewing coffee is luke wam. Colder than sitting in the carafe for one hour when I first got it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

not made to last

Bought it for the carafe. The clock has not been reliable and now is not on at all. Started to leak water, so we took off the the cover plate below the reservoir where the water gets syphoned and found a major seal breakage in a piece of plastic that is made so flimsy, I am surprised it had lasted as long as it did. Trying to find that part is impossible, so we have to buy a new coffee maker. It will not be a Mr. Coffee
