Absolutely the best!

I have been drinking coffee all my life and I am a former Starbucks barista. I use this coffee maker ever day. The stainless carafe keeps the coffee warm much longer than glass. The removable water container makes makes it effortless to add water to every pot.
I would recommend this to a friend!

great thermal pot

I bought this on a whim 5 months ago as I go thru coffee makers .The first one the water supply leaked from the bottom and I returned it and got a replacement.
The coffeemaker is fast and the coffee is about 190 degrees. After 4 hours in the Thermal pot it is about 140 degrees. That is hot enough for me as I drink it straight black.
It is one of the best coffee makers that I have bought in the past 30 plus years as I drink coffee all day long. I used to go thru 2 or more coffee makers a year.
It looks like this is a winner....

Great coffee maker. I got spoiled

I am on my second one of these. The first had a problem and was quickly and easily replaced. I have been using it for almost five years and finally the carafe warmer quit. This coffee maker doesn't owe me a thing. Years of great coffee brewed fast I am just happy It is still available so I can get a new one.

Best coffer maker I’ve ever bought!

I love this coffee maker! The coffee stays hot all day after it is brewed and never has a burnt taste. This coffee maker brews it and doesn’t continue heating. I’ve got this at home and our condo. I also bought back ups 3 years ago and haven’t had to use them yet!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great coffee maker!

This is a great coffee maker. I love the fact that I can be getting ready for work upstairs in my room and then have it brew coffee right before I go downstairs, so it stays hot (rather than just a regular timer). It is easy to use and makes great coffee. Also, I like that it can make just the right amount for me, whereas some of the coffee makers that aren't single serve require at list 3-4 or more cups of coffee. The only trouble I had was figuring out where to put the water filter, but it's working great. This is a great product to get. I did receive this as a sample product and did not buy it on my own, but would in the future.

If I had it to do over again.....

Purchased this coffee maker a month ago (11/25/2015) and am very disappointed. I really wanted a coffee maker with a thermal carafe as my old coffee maker the burner stayed on for 2 hours after brewing to keep the coffee warm and I had burned myself a few times on the warmer. Well, the thermal carafe doesn't keep the coffee warm long at all. It might be "warm" after an hour but any longer and you need to heat it up in the microwave. Would not recommend this product. I expected more from a Mr. Coffee brand product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Coffee Maker for the Money

I bought this coffee maker over a year ago and, for the most part, am very happy with it. It brews quickly and the coffee stays hot in the thermal carafe for quite a while after the machine shuts off. It fits well on my counter under the cabinet and with the water canister on the side, I don't have to pull the whole machine out to pour water in the top of the coffee maker. I also really like the fact that there is no hot plate. I have always found that the glass coffee pots sitting on a hot plate tended to give the coffee a "burned" flavor after a while. The only thing I don't like about this coffee maker is that the water canister on the side never really completely drains. Initially, I thought it would help to remove the "lid" on the water canister so that it could air dry but that didn't help. You have to remove the water canister, drain the remaining water and leave it upside down on a towel/paper towel to dry or it smells moldy/musty.

I bought this coffeemaker a couple of years ago. I felt like I was taking a chance, since it was fairly expensive and I hadn't researched it (my old coffeemaker failed suddenly). I wanted to try one with a thermal carafe, though, and I also liked how the reservoir and the basket were placed. The controls are easy to understand.
I had a problem at first with the paper filters falling over and letting grounds escape into the coffee. I solved it by using a competitor's brand (B__N) of filter that stands about 1/4" taller. Works perfectly.
Other reviews mention problems with leaking. I only see leakage during a cleaning cycle, when I'm running 3 or 4 pots of water through in quick succession. Under my normal one-pot-a-day use, it doesn't leak.
This unit makes very good coffee. The thermal carafe keeps the coffee drinkably hot for several hours.
