Makes good coffee but carafe is not so hot

Bought this a year ago and hated the carafe right from the start. Coffee won't stay hot . Two hours after brewing the coffee is cold. The latest is the carafe started leaking at the seam between the plastic and the metal. To bad because the rest of the machine works well but the carafe not so much.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

COFFEE MAKER IS SUPERB! On our second one. love timer feature, , love water filler tank - Can see through, easy to clean, no having to move pot just to make a pot of coffee. Coffee hot enough, love drawer pull out basket to fill coffee basket. 5 stars all around!
Only complaint? would love to see one made of metal, produced in the USA!
I would recommend this to a friend!

LED Display too dim

Had this coffee maker approx a year and wanted to start using the delay brew feature. That's when I noticed the LED wasn't lit. I hit the dimmer and nothing. I turned off the lights in the kitchen and then in the total darkness I can see the LED just barely. Also the orange 'clean' button is lit up and won't shut off. I've tried unplugging and plugging back in and nothing. Very disappointed. Not worth they price.

Works fast but brews WEAK coffee

Brews coffee fast, keeps coffee warm but brews a good cup of coffee.....no!
I have followed the recommend amount of Tablespoons per number of cups and the coffee comes out so weak. I tried the same amount with either a coarse grind and fine grind but it really doesn't make any difference. Recommended grind is medium. I have even added more coffee than the recommended amount and no such luck. If I hadn't already thrown away the box I would return this coffee maker, most likely going to give this away and purchase something else, so disappointed.

very nice machine!

I have purchased two of these coffee makers, one for home and one for the office. The only problem I have is the clock brightness. Both of the clocks on the makers can barely be seen on regular brightness. All in all, I really like this coffee maker.

Stopped heating coffee

Have had this model before— it burnt out after 3 years of heavy use in Grad school. Purchased a new model last August during a move across country, and already has problems keeping coffee hot. I want to love this product, but even with regular cleaning I’m getting lukewarm coffee. Not ok for this busy professor!

Disappointed

Purchased this coffee maker for my husband, Christmas 2017. We were so excited to finally own a "nice" coffee maker and it wasn't cheap. EXTREMELY disappointed. The "clean" light always comes on, sometimes says off long enough to brew one pot, then back on. Constantly running clean cycle. Takes 20 minutes to brew one pot, sometimes stops halfway through brewing. Now it leaves 2 inches of water, unused, after every brew, in the tank. Plus the top of the water holding tank is broken. Ugh. Ready to go back to cheap makers.
