LCD Display

On my third unit over the years. All three brew great coffee. All three have had the LCD die. You can only read them in pitch black situations. Have tired unplugging, hitting the dim button . . . not a problem if you never want to change the settings, know them and never lose power or unplug. Otherwise . . wait for dead of night to set it up.

just stopped brewing

I have had my Mr. Coffee for 18 months. I take good care of the machine in order for it to last. Machine looks great but just stopped brewing water will not go through.

We love this coffee pot!

I love it. (*The urn keeps coffee fresh tasting even if it gets cold.)
I am so happy with this product. I had a Keurig and never thought I could get accustomed to anything else. I especially like the set delay feature. The carafe keeps the coffee hot long after it powers off. I highly recommend!
I would recommend this to a friend!

So disappointed

Me Coffee sent us a new one after the first broke before a year was out. I was happy at first. But I am back to having to clean it per instructions now once a month. I use filtered water, I do everything right. But this is high maintenance and not worth it. I normally love their products and don't have issues. There is a serious design flaw in this. I'm sorry too because when it works, the coffee is HOT (yay!!) and it brews fast.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hot Mess!!!

The coffee maker leaks all over the counter top and the grounds overflow in the filter basket. We have tried paper filters and permanent filters. We have tried a variety of coffee grinds and quantity of coffee. If you want to make weak coffee it probaby won't overflow. There is a huge design flaw in this system. I am really disappointed.

The coffee is cold before time is out.

The decanter does NOT keep the coffee hot - and the cleaning process makes a high pitched beep that never stops. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Oh no! That is not what we strive for. The coffee should stay hot for 2 hours. The high pitched beep during the cleaning process is generally due to not having enough vinegar, it needs 6 cups to clean. We'd like to help you get back to brewing properly. Mediocre Temperature Maintenance

The pot seems well-insulated, but the lid leaves much to be desired. It allows heat to slowly escape, which drops the temperature of the coffee from hot to tepid after about an hour.
