Takes too long to brew!

This is our third coffee maker of this model. All three have been very good at first but after about two months of use they all take around 20 minutes to brew. The coffee is not as hot either. Is there a problem with the heaters? I cleaned them as instructed and it doesn't improve. We really like the design with the carafe and the removable water reservoir. When we were using the second coffee maker it was taking 20 minutes to brew and one day it brewed in 8 minutes. It did this for several brews and then went back to 20 minutes. I feel there is a defect in the heaters.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Brews good coffee but broke after 37 months of use. The electronic clock display went blank/dark and then you could not push the brew button to use. It would just beep endlessly. I would expect at the minimum, at least 60 months of usage for my money. Thus, I am disappointed with this purchase.

I have tried so many different coffee makers, and, there are some really bad ones out there ! Mr. Coffee provides a quality coffee maker. The 10 cup with Thermal Carafe is the best coffee maker I have ever owned ! Thanks Mr. Coffee !!!

Excellent Hot Coffee

We've had this for a couple years now and it brews an excellent pot of hot coffee and the thermal carafe keeps the coffee hot for a coupe hours. Highly recommended.

I just bought this, first day coffee seemed to cool fast. Second day.. was HOT after 1 1/2 hrs! I dibt know why it wasnt yesterday but thought Id be fair and report it:)

Worst coffee pot ever

At first we thought it was great, but it's one of the worst leaking machines I've ever owned!!! Daily we have to clean up water puddles. Both my mother in laws and ours leak badly. Also the lining in the pot itself comes off and floats in your coffee. Yuck! Good luck to you if you purchase this machine!

Stop the beeping!

My wife and I have had this unit for about 2 years. It makes great coffee, and we love the removable reservoir. But the beeping, that infernal beeping! It wakes the entire house! Give an option to turn it off. Our display is now failing, and we would like to step up to the 12 cup model, but not unless we can stop the beeping.
