Love it! We had an old Mr. Coffee maker for almost 4 years, very durable and still works, but we just wanted to upgrade it and this one works awesome, it makes our 6 cups in 5 minutes, and the thermal pot keep the coffee hot a while. plus, no mess on the carafe! Very pleased with this purchase

Don't buy

I received this coffee maker for Christmas and it worked great the first few times. Then I went to make a bigger pot of coffee and it flooded over. Now every time I make coffee it's weak and has grounds at the bottom. This has been going on for the past month. No matter how much coffee grounds are in it, it still tastes weak and watery.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Water isn't very hot

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to up the temperature of the water? I've had this machine for maybe 1.5 yrs and lately the coffee is at best, warm. I'm hoping it's similar to the Keurig and the temperature can be adjusted.
Using hotter water before brewing defeats the purpose of the delayed brew feature.
If the temperature can be adjusted then this machine is 5 GOLD stars.

Deleted safety feature

We owned the the same model 3 years older. We bought a new one thinking it would be the same but it is not. The old machine would not allow you to start brewing unless the carafe was in place, it would beep at you. I programed the new one the start in the morning and forgot to put the carafe in and woke up to a mess all over the counter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Decent Coffee Maker but very annoying

I bought this 6 months ago and recently tried using it to brew some good coffee at home so I don't have to drink the bad coffee in the Office. The delay brew works but what is crazy is there is no way to turn off the Beeper! This thing is loud. It woke up the whole house and my wife thought it was a fire alarm. So I either have to find a new coffee maker, move out or suffer through Office Coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the ease, hate the clean up

sing the bluetooth feature is awesome. Turn it on and when I come out in the morning, it's done. The problem is the clean up. I like my coffee strong, but do not overfill the basket given we only make 6 cups of coffee at a time. The grinds seem to overflow into the basket making clean up messy. Grounds are all over the place. I would definitely buy again, but would hope for a better design on this front.

This is a very nice programmable coffee maker.. the problem is the "thermal" carafe does not keep the coffee hot for very long.
