Disappointed

I have been disappointed in the strength of the brewed coffee. I had to remove the water filter otherwise the grounds are not uniformly brewed. I like the detachable water reservoir and carafe, those work well.

Cold Coffee

A friend of mine gifted me this coffee pot after my Hamilton Beach BrewStation started leaking. I loved my HB..this coffee pot is terrible. I get ONE cup of hot coffee. I have the Thermal Carafe and I assumed it would be great like my thermos.. NOT! My first cup is VERY hot.. by the time I get to my second cup it is barely even warm at all. I waste more coffee grounds with this pot. I don't like nuked coffee so I have to brew another pot just to get one more cup. If you brew less than 6 cups it doesn't taste right so I get 1 cup out of 6. I NEED my coffee in the morning. It was a thoughtful gift but a terrible one. My sister has the exact same pot as I do and I asked her if I was doing something wrong. Maybe I have a setting wrong or something. She said she hates her pot for the same reason. I guess until this pot dies, I will have to brew the coffee then pour it into my thermos. I usually only use my thermos to take my coffee when I go fishing. Now I will be using it daily. Very poor product.

The Disappearing Clock

The clock display has slowly disappeared to the point where it is not longer usable.

found plastic/paper in heater

I disassembled the coffee maker after it failed at 20 months. Brewing went from 5 minutes to 15 minutes and stopped with water in reservoir. I found 2 pieces of plasticized paper in the heater outlet. One was half dime size and could not have come in through reservoir outlet. There was a lot of calcium on outside of hot water tube. I am trying to decide whether I should buy the same model again.

Wemo hot-NOT

I bought my coffee maker based on several things and one was that it would keep your coffee hot, more like luke warm. I have used this thing now 3 times and have had to heat my coffee in the microwave ever time. I do love the app to set the time to make my coffee but at this price I feel like I wasted to much money.

10 Cup Optimal Brew -Love this Coffee Maker - BUT!

This is the third one of these makers I have purchased, and really like everything about them, except for one thing... After about two months, the clock display fades out (dims) to the point i it is unreadable. And, it has been the same on all 3 machines I've purchased. Just a few days ago, the power went out in our neighborhood, and I had to turn off all the lights in the house in order to re-set the clock and brew time. So, it sounds like a serious design flaw. I love the coffee maker, but I'm a little nervous to spend the extra money on another one. Hey Mr. Coffee, what's the deal with the displays?

Dry Coffee Grounds Remain

I purchased this system recently and followed instructions to pre-moisten the filter disk. However the water did not seem to pass through the disk and grounds remained dry after brew cycle. I have tried everything I know possible. Purchased new disks etc. I can't be the only one with this problem!

We do recommend prior to the first use to saturate the disk. While the water filtration disk systems are a great feature for the best tasting coffee, it is an optional accessory and is not required for brewing. Poor filter basket

Replaced my pot, exact exchange thinking it was a fluke the o ring wouldn't stay on. 2 months later same problem. No coffee tomorrow, not happy!
