Looks nice, Keeps coffee warm, but coffee is weak

At first I thought this coffee make was great! We haven't had it that long (maybe a few months) and the coffee is incredibly weak. I have tried making from 4 to 10 cups with both the appropriate amount of grounds and using some extra grounds. No matter what I do, the grounds overflow from the reusable basket and the coffee is weak.
A really big draw for me with this coffee maker was that when I pulled out the carafe, even while brewing, the coffee truly stopped flowing from the maker into the carafe. Last week I went to go pour a cup of coffee after the timer went off, and it was like a river. I used a towel to clean it up, and it was completely soaked.
The first few times I used this coffee maker, these things didn't happen. It starts out great but goes downhill very fast. Is there anything that can be done? I'm really disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor carafe - Horrible and wasteful.

I purchased this coffee maker less than a week ago. The carafe leaks heavily from the seam of the pot between the stainless steel and plastic portion. Each cup poured must be poured over the sink and about 1/3 of the coffee is wasted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best coffee maker we have ever had

This is simply the best coffee maker, best performing, and best designed maker we have ever had. It fits under our wall cabinets and refills without ever having to move the coffee maker. Love it and the coffee stays hot for hours between when I leave for work and when my wife wakes. Absolutely love this machine!!

Loved this until it was time to run a clean cycle

We loved this coffee maker. Works great, brews great, coffee is hot, etc. But when it's time to clean I don't like that it will not allow you to brew a pot AND in the middle of the cleaning cycle it will make this awful high pitch sound that won't stop until you shut it off!! This is our second coffee maker just like this that this happens during the clean cycle. I've called and trouble shot with people and nothing. This maker was a replacement for our first maker that started doing this and now this one is doing it too. So disappointed.

Great coffee, but small design flaw.

Love this maker and the pre program function. Love the carafe and how nicely it keeps the coffee hot without burning it. Now to the small design problem: No liquid level indicator on the carafe. I have now overflowed the coffee maker at least 3 times, pouring hot coffee all over the counter. This is mainly because I sometimes don't see the remaining cold coffee left in the pot from the morning and forget to check before I set the timer. I wake up the next morning with coffee everywere! Other than that great maker.

fast brew,great taste - cant ask for much more! stays hot in metal carafe surprisingly long. best is occasionally I may hit the granite countertop and you know what happens to glass..

I absolutely love this coffee maker! I love that it reminds me to get the coffee ready, tells me when it is finished brewing, and how quickly it brews. I don't know how I lived without this pot. I can brew coffee from BED! On the weekends I don't always have a set time that I wake up so it is nice to be able to wake up, push a button on my phone, and have the coffee ready within minutes. Yes, I said MINUTES. It only takes a little over 5 minutes to brew 10 cups. LOVE LOVE LOVE
The ONLY thing I would do differently would be to make the carafe either clear or have some kind of window on it so I can tell when I am running low and need to make another pot. The stainless steel is so nice and insulated but makes it hard to tell when the pot is running low.
I would recommend this to a friend!

worst design coffee maker

I purchased this coffee maker in Febuary of 2016 , did not brew hot got a replacment three weeks later still not brewing hot , got a third one . It brewed hot ,then the coffee grounds started to over flow in the brewing basket, followed the troubleshooting guide no change. To me it in the design, with the water draining from the corner of the brew basket instead of the middle cause it to back up in the basket
