I like many features on this coffeepot the only thing is I put in so many scoops of coffee in and the coffee is always watery

Love the removable water reservoir and thermal carafe. It keeps my coffee steaming for at least 3 hours. It's worked flawlessly so far. Only issue was that, even though the description says it comes with a permanent brew filter, it didn't come with any filter at all. However, a quick call, and I had the filter a few days later. I had to buy a package of paper filters till then, but no big deal. They did take care of it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I brought this coffee maker about 3 years ago and it worked great. Now it doesn't want to brew anymore. Every time on press the brew button it keeps beeping. My daughter in law and her mother also have the same issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought virtually the same unit a couple years ago and wanted to replace the old with the exact same thing. Why? We LOVED it but a metal spring in the coffee basket was showing signs of rust and out of caution decided to replace the entire unit. We kept the old carafe though, so we can make 2 batches back to back if we have company! :-D. We have used our coffee maker an average of once a day; sometimes twice, sometimes none if we're out of town... So it's had plenty of use! :-). We buy replacement filter discs on Amazon, we got a dozen for $10. :-D. Replacements in store come with the plastic frame that is unnecessary for this model. Love, love, love. Coffee does stay warm if you leave it at least half full.

Leaks Coffee all over the place

The one I received leaks like a sieve. I even tried to make only a couple of cups and still leaks

Been faithfully trying, but not consistent!

We have tried different coffee brands, inexpensive, expensive, grind beans at home, and still very inconsistent. I have changed the filter as well. Some days it brews a good cup and other days it doesn't. I have wasted coffee making an entire new pot. I am disappointed. Not sure if I am doing something wrong. Pretty easy to make coffee.

Some good features but.....

I have had this coffee maker a little over a year and the display has become so dim that I can only see it in the dark. It continues to get dimmer, and soon I am sure it will be useless. I contacted the service dept. and they said since it was out of warranty (by a week or two) that I would have to take it or send it to the closest repair center, which is 2 1/2 hours away. By the time I pay for shipping and repair, it is not worth it. Will not buy another.

A nice coffee machine for the price. Brews quickly. Only setback is have to be careful with how much coffee you put it filter as it makes a mess if too much put in. Cannot seem to find deeper filters for it.
