Need a new Brew Basket..HELP!! Me need JAVA NOW!!!

Great machine. Were on our second. my brew basket "stopper" stem broke out. I've epoxied it but don't want to rely on that. Where can I get a new Brew basket? BTW, I saved the pot from the first machine and put a thin orange stripe around it for decaf. I developed Afib so can't have the caffeine anymore.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What....no permanent filter???

I really like this coffeemaker I purchased just 2 weeks ago. My only "problem" is that although the description reads "Gold Tone Permanent Filter helps enhance coffee flavor and eliminates paper filter cost/waste", I find that apparently there is no permanent filter for this otherwise quality coffeemaker!

What a mess

We purchased the product a few months ago and although I like the carafe option, the pot is a design mess! Having the Brew basket on the side is incredibly inconvenient and hard to remove and clean . Every time I go to empty it, the grounds have overflowed everywhere Into the pull-out drawer and I have to wash out to the entire thing and end up getting grounds All Over . I often end up with grounds in the coffee and on several occasions now Something has clogged And overflowed water out of the basket as well . In addition, today I went to clean the unit and discovered it has been leaking water out of the Bottom and I was unaware . Huge mass on my counters And when I turn the unit on its side, Quite a bit of water poured out of the inside of it despite the reservoir being empty . It makes me wonder where all that water is trapped... Would not surprise me if there is mold

Lights don't work

I have three of these, and within a year to two, the lights are so dim, you can only set it in pitch black. I use them in different locations. So disappointed, because it makes great coffee.

Disappointing
on February 15, 2021

I am using 10 scoops of coffee for 4 cups and it still is weak. There is no warming plate so I have to heat up my second lukewarm cup in the microwave. I am not happy with this product and do not recommend it.

Pot Leaks

I bought this coffee pot two weeks ago and I have coffee all over the counter. I have tried several different ways of inserting the pot into the maker and it still leaks. I does make good coffee and the coffee that makes it into the Thermal Carafe stays hot.

Good Performance but Coffee Gets Cold Now

This product brews well but the carafe no longer keeps the coffee warm (never mind keeping it hot). I bought this unit because one of the selling points was the ability to keep air away from the coffee (keeping it fresh) while keeping it hot. Now the coffee is tepid within two hours from being brewed.

- Unplug and replug the coffee maker back after 3 minutes
- Clean the coffee maker with a vinegar

TERRIBLE PRODUCT

- Check if you can see the hose in the reservoir, make sure it is snug on connection. Please also check the filter basket for any drips down the back of the basket onto the trip arm and warming plate.
