Coffee doesn't brew, water flows fast= weak coffee

I purchased this coffee maker and thought it was defective and sent it back twice to see if I could solve the problem, which was, because of their touted benefit that it brews really fast, the water goes through the coffee grounds so fast that it ends up giving a weaker flavored coffee. Sometimes the coffee is not thoroughly wet. Don't waste your good coffee on this model.

Disappointed

Bought it this week, and so far, it is quite disappointing. Still trying to get the new tasted out of it, but that is not the problem. After brewing a pot, it leaves a big puddle when you remove the pot. We have followed all directions very carefully, but it has done it every time.

Love it if it didnt leak!

I have owned two of this model. The first one I owned in 2012 leaked and Mr Coffee replaced it and I had no problem. Two years later it stopped working so I went and bough another one. The more I thought about it a coffee pot should last for more than two years, but I like it so much. Now my new one is doing the same thing as the first one I bought. leaking out. I contacted Mr. Coffee about the problem again and just waiting to hear back. I'm sure they will send me a new one. I just thought back in 2012 they would of recalled all of them for the leaking problem and designed them differently so I couldn't believe two years later that the product still has the same problem. The only thing different I noticed different was the water tank lid isn't attached to the tank. Besides the leaking problem I love my Mr. Coffee Coffee Coffee Pot!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a very great product and it is innovative. It has combined 2 things that most people love - technology and coffee. Brewing a cup of coffee is just an app away. It is great for scheduling brews whenever you want without having to wait. Schedule your morning cup of joe right before you wake up or leave the shower and no one has to deal with the grumpy you before you have had your coffee - there goes that excuse - coz coffee will always be ready when scheduled. Water filtration is a great addition, it is easy to clean and I did not experience any problems with the app. The app also has information that’s helpful and shows you the last time coffee was brewed, if the water level is low - great features.
One drawback is that you always have to remember to put the coffee and the filter into the machine before sleeping or leaving the house. If you forget that then too bad!
Otherwise, GREAT PRODUCT!
I would recommend this to a friend!

When we first got ours it was the best coffee maker we ever had. After a while it would, occasionally, make the coffee weak. Then work great awhile. After several months of this it was always weak - even some of the grounds were dry. We got another one 9 days ago & we're returning it for the same reason....it's got a problen...sooner or later.

Weak coffee/Dry grounds

I bought this maker (my second) about 2 months ago. The first one I had and loved for years, except for the water that hides somewhere inside after brewing. But this new pot gave me weak coffee because half the grounds were still dry. I'm waiting to hear what Mr Coffee has to say. Back to using my Keurig!!!!!!!!

The cleaning signal comes on every other brew and there's no "brew finish" audible sound even though the user manual says there is.

poor cup of coffee

received as gift. yes it brews fast but it"s like brewing a pot of hot water.
Flavor is so weak. using twice the grounds with no luck. very disappointed.
I had a different Mr Coffee before with better luck, don't spend the extra.
