We read all the reviews and found that most people really enjoyed their new refrigerator as much as we do! The only thing I found strange was the concern over the water dispenser and ice maker. So far after 2 weeks of use the ice maker and water dispenser are working perfect! Time will tell, but for now 5 stars for this great product!
Pros: Bright display, Durable

This counter depth appliance really opened up our kitchen and still gave us plenty of room for food storage. The refrigerator runs extremely quiet which is great given our open floor plan. Interior space is well designed and laid out. We especially like the wine rack and water bottle storage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have had this for 6 months and everything is still working very well! Well enough that we are now purchasing a Samsung dishwasher, front loading washer and dryer.

We bought this model because it was a counter depth. Well, it still sticks out a little from the counter top but not as much as our old Whirlpool. We like the way the space is arranged and the innovative use of storage (like the wine rack and "in-door" can rack). Be patient with the ice maker - it takes about 24 to 48 hours for it to first fill up but once it has filled we seldom run out of ice.

Great Fridge, but...

As a fridge it works great. Had it less than a year, though, and the control panel display is a bit on the fritz. Will add to review after I see how Customer Service handles the issue.

This is my first Samsung purchase and I'm very pleased.
I love the counter-depth design and this one was the right price. The interior lighting is wonderful, no dark corners in the freezer and frig. Quiet and I mean quiet, you can hardly hear a thing. Looking forward to many years of loving my
new refrigerator.
