I have been looking for a steam cleaner to use on my laminate floor and this was the only one I found that specifically stated that it could be used. I love it so far and hopefully it will continue to give me clean floors!

The first steam mop deluxe I purchased lasted almost three years. I purchased another when that mop was going out. The first one I received did not last three months and I had to go through the warranty song and dance and wait for another apparently reconditioned steam mop. Still this third mop had the same problems. Constant loud knocking, low if any steam output and finally nothing.. nothing at all. I do not recommend this product. I had been considering purchasing a fancier more expensive steam mop from bissell.. I can't do it, I can't risk it

Too many issues

After following the instructions straight out of box, the cleaner leaked all over from the area where the filter meets the machine. Followed troubleshooting tips and still leaks. Worked twice and at a less than satisfactory level -has not worked since. Now, the filer is clogged and it won't pump. I am not bothering anymore, it's going in the trash. I have spent more than the rebate I got back from purchasing this. This is the second Bissell product that has failed for me...

I'm sorry about your troubles pomphohi, I will have our Consumer Care team reach out to you. Sometimes if the filter isn't pushed in securely this can happen. If the filter is cracked or missing the gasket it would leak and need to be replaced.

I have just tried my Bissell for the first time and it left my floors soaking wet!! The instruction manual does not say anything about tightening the pad or anything like that. I figured it would work a lot better that this. I will be taking it back to the store and getting my money back!! Very bad investment, DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone who wants clean and dry floors!

Thanks for your feedback. The 'steam on demand' trigger does not need to be held the whole time, as this may be causing the oversaturation and excess water on the floor. Try intermittently depressing the trigger. This should help.

This product came with all you need to have clean and germ free floors , scented water-Eucalyptus mint for the tank ,and you can find this product in stores when you need to refill. Also, the Steam Mop Deluxe heats up very quickly, comes with two durable mop pads, and a handy wall storage hanger. Yes , I would recommend this product to my friends.
