Trouble from the start/ongoing issues. do not recommend

At least once or twice weekly i have to turn the phone off and back on because it will randomly stop sending messages. Sometimes i will turn it off and back on and then will receive a message that apparantly was sent to me some time ago...very frustrating. I have been complaining about this to AT&T with no results...because it works when you turn it off and back on. Now 1 month out of the 1 year warranty and my touch screen stopped working out of the blue. This phone is well cared for, never dropped. my husband is on his 4th one in 13 months...all different issues...none of them due to damage by him. this phone has major issues.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, hassle

Can't stand this phone!

This phone started giving me problems after about 1-2 months, too late to return it within the 30 day time frame. Since the beginning I have had problems with sending and receiving texts. I would have to do a "hard restart" in order to be able to send a text and then find that I hadn't been getting ones from other people. Slowly over the year that I have had it some of the keys on the slide-out keyboard have been loosing their ability to work correctly, either will not 'submit' the letter or will put 2 of the same letter when only pressed once, and most recently will not let me make phone calls or receive them. I have only had this phone for a year and a month and am going down to the store today to get a new one...I CAN NOT deal with this phone for another year before I am eligible for a new one. I would never suggest this phone to another person, my sister actually ended up getting one, without my knowledge, and then got a new phone after only a few weeks with this one. Don't buy this phone!

I got the first Impression a little over a year ago, but had to send it back for a new one because the screen started malfunctioning and I couldn't open my contacts list or menu. The new one worked pretty well for about 6 months and now it's doing the same thing. Don't get this phone unless you're one of those people who doesn't mind replacing your phone twice a year.
My mom also has a Samsung phone and the screen is messed up on it... I'm done with this brand.
Pros: Bright display

Overall the phone is good because it's just a phone you can talk on plus it has a good camera and a good video recorder. The down side is that the buttons repeat letters when you text and sometimes it has to be rebooted to even work. It freezes often. I can't wait to upgrade.

It Broke Twice

I have had this phone for almost 2 years now. 1 year through using the phone the screen began to glitch. The screen stopped working overall very soon after. I got the same phone as a replacement. The second one recently began to glitch so I sent it in to get repaired. This is a factory glitch that wasn't from physical damage. The phone also stops sending and receiving messages after you get/send about 50 texts. You have to restart your phone and wait for the message box to initialize. My friends who have this phone have had the same problem with messages. I love the keyboard and screen of the phone. It looks great and is a nice size. But as a soon as my contract is up I will be getting a new phone.

great phone, so easy to use. screen is amazing. had it for awhile then broke it and insurance replaced it with a yuk phone. miss it soo much

My wife loves this phone. Slide out keypad was the key. This phone can take a beating, my wife has it and it still works...enough said.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Not high def

Durable, I've dropped this several times without it breaking, try that with an IPHONE! Easy to use slide board design, easy to move files to/from PC.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable
