Prone to Problems

This is phone is prone to problems. The phone has been serviced twice and my husbands phone has been serviced twice. Keyboard, touchscreen, and backlight has gone out. This phone, due to problems we have, is not worth money.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had the impression for a year now. The screen Doesnt work anymore. I love the phone and its features. I just dont like the fact I havent had it that long and it doesnt work. I will probably never purchase samsung again. Many people that have bought the phone have had the same problem. I think the company should fix them or replace them. Or even discount for a model close to what they bought

This product needs some work!

I bought this phone in March 2010 and 7 months later for no reason the screen went haywire and I couldn't get to my contacts,menu or anywhere for that matter. All I could do was use the recent calls to contact people. If you weren't on the recent call list then I couldn't call you!!! The web browser isn't real hot either. It's a cool looking phone but the functionality is poor. The battery also doesn't hold a charge well.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Poor quality, Not high def, Too big, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the phone I just can not install the software to share the pictures from my phone...I dont not like the PC Studio it is horrible!!

Poor Phone

After just one year the touch screen froze up. Since my data is not stored on the sim card I lost everything. I dont like how sim cards wont store extra data over just name number and email so I store in the phone. Since the screen is shot (and my phone is in perfect physical condition I took great care of it) I cant get the numbers transfered at the store or on my computer. This is the shortest amount of time a phone has ever lasted me. The last phone 3 phones I had I upgraded before there was anything wrong with them and they all lasted well past one year

I bought this phone last year, around this time. I thought it was the best phone purchase I had ever made...for the first 9 months, it was. Over time, the keyboard starting skipping spaces, adding too many spaces, the letters started adding too many to a word. For example::if I would try to type "hey." it would come out as "hhheeeeyy... . .. .", the touch screen started freezing, skipping, and the only way to get the phone to unfreeze was to take out the battery and restart because just trying to turn the phone off didn't work. I recently sent it in to be repaired and it just came back today. I was thrilled! HOWEVER!!! The keyboard is still acting the same way. I am an unhappy camper. I would recommend this phone but I wouldn't recommend it for long-term use.

Cons: Poor quality, keyboard & touch screen are testy., keyboard stops working correctly., touch screen freezes.
