This phone is very useful and easy to use. The camera is especially nice for taking photos and short videos.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: dials in pocket/purse

This phone has been a really good deal!!! When the rest of my family were having to upgrade their phones due to theirs being broke, uncooperative, etc, mine held up fine!! I love the full keypad, but love the touchscreen more. I really love that I can get online while I am talking on the phone or texting. The pictures are great and being able to send them to my family as soon as I take them is wonderful! I love getting videos of my grandbabies!!! And I have very good reception with my phone, where some of the other brand names don't do as well.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

Didn't make a lasting impression

I had problems with the back speaker (for music playback) not working properly. Phone was sometimes slow or locked up. Overall, decent phone for first time touchscreen users and for people who love having a physical qwerty keyboard.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, qwerty keyboard (physical)
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, bulky in weight

Problems with sending and displaying messages

The Impression constantly has an issue with sending messages. The same message would be displayed for hours at a time-"Sending"-and it would not send the message until you turn the phone off and back on again.
Another not so much an issue, but just a common annoyance among users: the message inbox does not display messages by threads (a conversation between 2+ people)...but it displays the messages in the inbox all in a list. So it is difficult to keep track of a conversation.
Now on the main menu screen, you can't edit or delete anything. Most of the default (pre-loaded) apps the user has to pay for. So it's annoying that the phone displays things you can't use unless you want costly charges to your bill.
The phone has a decent camera but no flash, making it difficult to take pictures in dim or low light.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Not high def
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the phone, the browser leaves a bit to be desired, everything else works fine.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: poor internet browsing

Terrible Phone

Stops working after a few months of purchasing... Most of the time, the touch-screen just completely fails and then there's nothing you can do but make calls to already known phone #'s until you can get a replacement...
I'm on my 3rd replacement of this phone and CANNOT WAIT to rid of it w/ my upgrade in March.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Like but, not love

This is my second Impression. I had the first one for a little over a year then the screen would turn a blue tint, Turn it off it was fine... for a little while. Eventually the touch screen became fliped backword with the blue tint getting worse and I had to get a new one because I liked the phone so much. So far Ive had the second phone for about six months now and its been working great... so far. This phone is very durable. Im a clutz and drop my phone A LOT. Internet is fast. Messages fast but, Some phones its not compatable with sending photos or viedos. All in all a good phone to have for a while.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: Not high def, not compatable with newer phones
I would recommend this to a friend!

My service gave me this phone as a replacement for my Motorola. And I have hated this phone ever since. It is sluggish, and unresponsive. It doesn't want to accept imputs. I wouldn't recromend this phone at all.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
