This product is average overall but I like it. It needs more features to where you can actually personalize the phone and make it yours.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive
Cons: Not high def
I would recommend this to a friend!

Touch Screen is the drawback in this phone

After the warranty expired the phone kind of started acting up with touch sensitivity intermittently not functioning and on sliding to keyboard the screen blacksout.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Inexpensive
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good phone.. some problems

I've had this phone for 4 months now and i can tell you this phone is indestructable! it has fallen millions of times and still works normally. The only problem i have with this phone is that ever since i bought the 8gb memory card, the phone freezes.. it freezes when i go to my music, gonna take a picture/video, gonna watch my videos, save a picture in my memory card or add a picture to a text message. I'd have to open the back, take the battery off and put it back on and turn on the phone BUT after i do that.. the phone works great and perfectly again. I dont mind having to that like 5 times a day but then on special occassions it really bugs me.. Although, the phone works great without the memory card!
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable
Cons: screen freezes
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have to reset phone weekly

At least once a week it stops sending text messages and I have to take out the battery and reset the phone, and when I'm using the keyboard the letters in the center and bottom have to be keyed twice most of the time. I love the design and look of the phone, but what a hassle. The biggest headache is trying to get it covered under warranty through AT&T. Don't get me started, there isn't enough space to put it all down. Very negative experience to say the least. I don't think I will ever get another samsung phone again, no matter how nice it looks.

overall product works Excellent. I'm used to laptop computer speed so the 3g phone network is okay for the phone's internet. I dropped my phone maybe several times and unless you look very very close you can see the damage.
Other phones I've dropped once and looked as if I've had them for years. Love the design!

screen froze up

I can't get any help with the touch screen feature on my phone. It froze up and I can not access my contact list or any other item in the menu. I'm thinking about switching my phone company.

broken again for the second time.. screen is illegible - now out of warranty after a year. first repair worked for a while. Won't buy another Samsung cell phone.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, Not high def, Too big, Did not meet expectations, always an issue and now the screen is gone. trash
