Not great but ok for the cost

This phone has a 3meg camera and full keyboard which is why i chose it. I have had it for a year and the touch screen isn't working properly, it has spots that don't register a touch. I have also been having problems with the keyboard stuttering ( when i press p i get ppp) It could also use a slot to put more memory, with a 3meg camera the memory goes pretty fast. Also, there aren't alot of apps for this phone. over all as a phone it is ok but not great if you want more than just to make calls.
Pros: Inexpensive, 3 meg camera
Cons: Did not meet expectations, not durable, no way to add memory
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

1st the slideout keyboard stopped working right, then the speaker stopped working, and the touchscreen doesnt work
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

Overall a really nice phone

This phone feels good in your hand. The call quality is excellent. Being able to slide out the keyboard to text is very handy for me. The one draw back was that after owning the phone for a little less than a year, the touch screen went out of calibration and could not be repaired. The AT&T store in Edmond, OK was great and replaced it no questions asked. All my data transferred without a hitch, with the exception of any ringtones I purchased that were locked. Overall a really nice phone.
Pros: Inexpensive, good design
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had this phone and had nothing but problems with it. You would have to turn it off then back on frequently to send/receive text messages. The first one I had the slide screen stopped working. The second one I had the tough screen stopped working. II finally gave up and purchased a new phone. I would not recommend this phone to anyone. The two other people I know that have this phone also complain of multiple problems as well.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My touch screen stopped working and now it is abrick. Warranty is already expired. It is useless.

When I first purchased it. It was great. Near the end of my 2 year contract is when I ran into all of my problems. Samsung makes great products, but I guess with this one, I just got a bad phone, I went throught 4 of them.

Bought it used and I know they don't make it anymore, which is a shame because I would love a new one. The successor, the flight 2 is a cheapy version. I Love the rubbery testing pads, don't know why they got rid of them on the flight. Two criticisms and they are small. Would like more widgets. Would like to be able to be able to view my calendar while on a call. My older candy bar phones did this, I don't know why they lost that feature. Other than that, the phone is pretty nice. Haven't seen anything in the newer versions short of a smartphone that compares.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: can't view calender when on a call

Good phone and never failed me yet! Many people i know own samsung and they are happy with the results
