It's a good phone, wish I didn't have to shut it off all the time to reset it. It'd also be great if I could highlight a block of text to be deleted instead of having to arrow back.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: needs to be shut off daily
I would recommend this to a friend!

The phone worked great for about a year but after that my screen would malfunction, my keyboard started to go out, and my OS would glitch and freeze. Then finally my battery life shortened so i would have to charge it twice a day. It is a good phone it you get an upgrade every year, but if ur upgrade it like mine (every 2 years) i would look at other products.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Too big, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this phone for a year now. It works pretty well for a feature phone. Some problems I have seen with the phone is that if you are not one to turn off/on your phone every day, it gets a bit laggy and eventually won't send text messages. But if you turn it off and back on, and retry sending the message, it is good as new! My phone does do something funky though. When I am surfing the web on my phone, the screen will freeze up...and no matter how many different times you press the end key, nothing happens. So you have to resort to taking out the battery and restarting your phone. Other than that, the phone is great. The display is bright, battery life is great. I use my phone throughout the day, surfing on the web, using my apps, watching videos, and listening to music and I find the battery lasts me the entire day, which is definitely GREAT.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: frozen screen, lag
I would recommend this to a friend!

My wife and I both have or had this phone. Initially it was great and we both loved the features and multi-media functions. Unfortunately after 13 months of use, my wife started having problem hearing people on the phone and then the touch screen quit working so we had to replace her phone. Now at about 18 months, my the speaker in my phone is failing just like hers did, I can only guess how long it will last until total failure so it's time to start looking for a new phone.
Overall, the phones are great, the durability however is not so with 2 0f 2 failures, I can only give it 2 stars.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations, 2 of 2 phone failures

Hard to unlock, No apps for this phone! Never drops calls, Work ok on Media Net but not the greatest.Needs more than just yahoo internet or media net,It is hard to hold on to slips out of your hand very ez. But will do till I find a new one with windows or a smarter phone .
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Not high def, Did not meet expectations

When I first got the Samsung Impression I was...impressed. I loved it. Everything where I needed it nothing I didn't. It worked great, it was light, easy to maneuver, wonderful! And then, within 2 months of having the phone, I started to notice some flaws. I would try to send a text message...it wouldnt send. I would try and try and try. Finally I would have to turn the phone off and restart it before I could send. Then it started happening more often. And then over time (10 months) it got to the point I would have to do that every day and it wouldnt let me enter my messaging center right away I would have to wait while it "initialized", sometimes 10 minutes! I've had problems with it randomly turning itself off and on. It freezes on a "pink" screen. All kinds of problems. I take good care of my phones, I make sure they are turned off at least 30 minutes every day, minimal drops, bangs or scuffs. The last straw just happened 2 days ago. Whenever I touch the screen it registers my touch about an inch from where i have touched the screen. I'm throwing it up against a wall and happily never buying a samsung cell phone again.
