touch screen stopped working

I really liked this phone but suddenly my touch screen stopped working and my carrier said i cannot do anything about it so now i gotta deal with the inconvenience of my phone not working. My carrier told me that i cannot get it replaced because they said my phone was wet and thats why it isn't working but the red strips are red because of my mistake that i touched my battery and my phone when i was sweaty and every part of my body was wet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It does not have a manual and CD instruction manual is not compatible with my new Apple computer. Also heavy.

I bought this Samsung as my old samung i could not use music and that I am at the gym so oftem I wanted Music. I find outt after lots time, money and tears that it is not compaitable to i-Tunes. I must use a complete new program and downlpwnd my music. Very upseting. Also cannot transfer pictures without an Cd. I have a few beautiful pictures wanted to put on the phone my own wallpaper and I do not think it can be down. Disaappointed.

Not what I wanted

With the hard case on I couldn't easily access the side buttons. Could not down load PC Studio (I use Vista). After 4 hours of trying different fixes/drivers I quit. Next day I bought A Samsung Eternity. TOOOO soon to say if I like it or not...

almost perfect phone

Its almost perfect i say that cuz the lock button is on the wrong side. when u push the button the qwerty keys slide out 1/3 way continously pushing the lock button. And the slider is really slippery its really hard sliding. Other then that its a grest phone.

I had the phone for three days, cut it off and it would not come back on. I had to take it back for a replacement. One day and counting on the new phone. Other than that, I really like the phone and its features.

A Nice Phone for people that dont use multimedia

i have alot of problems with the phone i have a 4GB memory card incerted and tryed to transfor a movie and it keeps saying not enugh memory i maen give me a break it has all of the right requierments but it wont transfor nor will it play if i transfor it drictly to my memory card via a multicard reader that is instaled in my computer the movie is 343MB and the movie is wmv so wat else is required it must be something that there not telling us like that feture is locked or they messed up when they where making the hunk of junk
