This is by far the best cell phone I have ever purchased! The touch pad is perfect and the screen is just the right size! The battery could last a little longer, but it's ok.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

This phone seemed great for the first couple weeks until it started glitching and messing up. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!! It gets texts late, wouldn't tell you what number voice mail came from, and as for an example of a glitch, in my call log, when I clicked my aunt's call info, it gave me my mom's. I had the phone from September to February before I got another phone and the problems were too many to name. If you get it, and don't return it, get ready for 2 YEARS OF AGONY. If you can still return it, DO SO. Good luck to all.
Pros: great battery, spacious keyboard, decent camera, good music player, loud speakers, block list, fast start up
Cons: Did not meet expectations, glitches all the time, if you type too fast on keyboard it messes up, touch-screen keyboard, messes up, gets texts late literally almost every time, not the greatest touch screen
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i love the phone other then a couple issues. 1. after a while of texting sometimes the text wont go through and you have to turn the phone off then back on to send that text. 2. theres no mircoSD card slot! maybe im missing something here but theres not SD slot and doesnt have enough memory to do without it. im very disappointed with that. those are my ONLY problems.

The ringer volume is very low at best/ If you are not in a quit room you will not hear it. If you are in your car or truck forget it you will not hear it. Iwent back to where I bought it and was told there is nothing you can do. no way to get any more volume out of it. Not even a external speak. If you want a phone to tak to the movies this would be it.

The Product is ok. The keyboard doesn't work so well after a month or so and every few days you can't send text messages so you have to turn the phone off and turn it back on and wait for 5 minutes before you can send anything again.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: Poor quality, bad keyboard

Querty awful, no zoom, no flash, no saved messages

I'm disappointed that there's no way to "save" messages in a folder separate from Inbox and Sent. The camera not having a zoom capability (even my previous cellphone had that!) and not having a flash disappointed me even more. I usually have to buy another manufacturer in order to hear, but they've changed their technology and so I chose Samsung. I'm not completely satisified with this model, although I can hear very well.
