Wish I could take it back

I've never had such a bad phone. If they'd take it back, I'd take it back in a heartbeat. The battery life is so bad that I have to charge it every other day, and this is even w/o use. I've had it since May 09.
The screen goes black constantly, there should have been a book to go along with it instead of a cd. I can turn it sideways to use it that way, and the screen does not turn with it, so what's the use of having that function? It shuts off all by itself or just freezes up and I have to take the battery out and put it back in for it to come back on.
To have to take the back off to get the sd card out is another issue. I have to slide the top open just to get the type to show up on the screen on several occassions.
It's just a bad piece of equipment and for what you have to pay for it, it's not worth it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worse Purchase Ever

1.The phone can save 2000 names & numbers plus some details. But memory card can save 250 name & number without detail. You can NOT copy address book from your memory card to your phone, backing up your address book is USELESS. You basically have to key-in one by one.
2.You can store 500 SMS message on the phone but only 30 on the memory card, which make my 16GB USELESS in storing conversation. The phone keep popping, SMS memory full, please delete ...
3.MP3 ring tone are limited to 19 sec. anything larger, It will not allow you to add to the ring tone. My OLD phone can play MP3 for ring tone 7 years ago, but this new piece of garbage CAN'T.
4.They keypad is useless, keep doubling the character or hang for few sec before you can enter another character. I close the keypad and use the touch screen. The touch screen is almost as bad as the keypad.
5.Can NOT find useful application for this phone is the most disappointing fact. Only Garbage applications are included. You will be CHARGE EXTRA by pressing the wrong icons. There are 12 icons on the menu, 9 of them cost EXTRA. you will definitely pressing some of them accidentally and get CHARGED an arm and a leg.
6.The color on this phone is Dark Blue. There is no case match this stupid color. Most of the phone comes with neutral color such as black, gray, etc. Does not look good a pink over dark blue or black over a dark blue. Good luck finding a dark blue case with this.
7.Very difficult to use and it comes with some games. But after you play a few seconds, it asks you to purchase the game. Comes with absolutely NO freebie.
8.Do you self a favor, get something else. I got 3 of these phones because of a promotion. And all 3 of us, hate these phones to the guts. We are stuck for 2 years!

I've always loved samsungs cell phones. My husband and I both upgraded at the same time, less then 2 months ago, and we both got the Impression. His can't receive phone calls or texts right now. Mine I have the same problem as the girl below said, I have to turn the phone off after a couple of texts because it will stop allowing me to send or receive any texts. It wont let me delete or anything until I turn off the phone and turn it back on. My alarm has stopped working, my timer never worked. Just not what I expected of a Samsung product. We are returning both phones. DO NOT BUY....

Worst phone I have had

I bought this phone for Christmas and it has already died on me. The main touch screen wont let me into anything. Less than 4 months of use by a 42 year old adult and the phone quits. This was my first and last touch screen phone. Just one more thing to break and it sure did. I am very disappointed. Do yourself a favor, buy something else.

this phone is ok when it comes to sound quality but it is slussish , freezes up. you can't customise it al all. it is just so sad that I'm stuck with this.

There is only one problem that I have and that is if there is memory card installed the phone freezes whenever you go into the camera or wherever you have stored data like the music player.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This phone is awesome it so easy to text on it the qwerty keyboard is really good. Everything about this phone i great! i just love it! if u are looking for a phone that works good i would so recommend this one.

I am in 8th grade and i txt a lot!!!!! So the samsung impression was definitely my type, when i got it i immediately learned how to work its easy software. It is loud enough for me to hear when someone is calling unlike other phones, it is lightweight and fits in my pocket easily, it has a bright screen, takes AWESME pics ( better than my moms iphone), and NEVER freezes/breaks down unlike my old phone. The txting is better than any phone i ever had and never has problems...my friends r jealous of my phone!!!! lol. I dont know what some of u guys r talking about in the comments about being the worst phone ever but i have had it for almost 2 years now and it has had ZERO problems!!!!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, easy txting, nvr freezes or breaks down, good size, great pics
