My heart!

My husband says my phone is my heart. He says I would be lost with out it. It is my line to my children and my grandchildren, who live a thousand miles away. I use my phone to keep a close relationship with them over those miles. Keeping in touch with them is not just talking with them on the phone but also with text messages, emails and social networking, all done on my phone. This phone is so user friendly! The keyboard is great. The phone is lightweight and easy to slip in my pocket or purse.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this phone! Easy to use, beautiful images, efficient features, not overwhelming. The QUERTY keyboard accommodates fingers, not just fingernails and there's a nice distinction between letters/numbers. I love the speakerphone which has very nice quality. Recommend this phone!

Do Not Buy This Phone!!!

Poor Design - basically this phone is not capable of running the technology it has which causes it to freeze and renders the phone virtually inoperable. The first one we had lasted about 5 months, the replacement they sent us didn't even last 2. Do Not Buy This Phone!
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, poor design

DON"T GET THIS PHONE!!! Touch Screen Fails! Can't get contacts out, can't retrieve text messages, can't do anything! Costs a fortune to repair. Worst phone I've ever had!
Cons: Poor quality

great phone

i got this phone the 2nd day it came out. i drop it lots of times but i had to get a new one after a droped it in my pool but when i fished it out it still worked so i would recommenced this phone to anyone but im get a upgrade soon so im buying the samsung captivate the galaxy phone

I LOVE my phone

I purchased this phone over a year ago expecting to get something less than what was advertised. Realistically, we all know product specifications and descriptions are geared to play up all the pros. When I received the phone I was initially skeptical but within a few minutes I loved everything about it especially the keyboard with is a comfortable size and navigation buttons.
Recently I discovered just how bad wetting a phone can be and was forced to get a replacement phone, which wreaks of terrible design. Something I am finding prevalent in many newer touchscreen phones. The phones are typically too thin allowing for cracked screens, etc. if you're like me and keep the phone in a bag while traveling. Additionally, newer models of touch screen phones do not have the valuable navigation buttons when a sliding or kick out keyboard is provide. Why not? I don't have long fingernails for precise navigation required on a touchscreen without a stylus or navigation buttons, etc.
All in all, I'm tired of rambling, I find this phone to be durable, with a functional keyboard and an appropriate size. The only downside to this phone is it doesn't have a Tip Calculator. I've been over tipping everyone but I love this phone.
Pros: Durable, Lightweight, keyboard layout, size
Cons: no tip calculator

My only issue is with the unlock button on the side of the phone. It is very awkward to get to but I have never unlocked the phone by accident either. I am very pleased with this phone.

Having my doubts

I bought this phone on Oct 20, 2009 I have had problems sending and receiving text messaging I went back to where I purchased it they told me that alot of people have been having the same problems. She taken the battery and the card out and put in back in and it worked, I should not have to do that every time texting does not work, I've had several other incidents like that I paid too much money for me to keep taking those out. There has to be something wrong with it. I'll seriously thinking of getting another phone. I like samsung products but this is ridiculous.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
