Amazing product overall

Everything works great with the product except for one thing. I've had issues with the ice maker since owning the refrigerator. Electrolux has had to send a repairman five times to replace the ice maker. Since this was a first design for the company, it seems that they had to redesign the ice maker every few months. Problems experienced: (1) ice maker motor being iced over/frozen or (2) the ice mold arm being stripped from the motor itself. After the fifth fix, the ice maker has been performing as advertised for three months now. It did stop making ice on one occasion. Turning the ice maker "off" then "on" after a few minutes fixed that problem. I'm hoping this last fix will actually be the LAST fix.
Minus the ice maker issue, this refrigerator has performed remarkably. The thermostat settings for the refrigerator and freezer help to maintain a consistent temperature. And the Cool Zone feature is great place for holding your favorite beverage, be it soda, beer, bottled water, wine, etc.
If not for the ice maker issue, I would have given this product Five Stars.

Great Style

Love the look. Very pleased with french door style, lots of shelf room in fridge. Bottom freezer is spacious and convenient. The only drawback to this unit is the icemaker. Does not produce a lot of ice, jams occasionally. But overall a good value

Its spacious and has a sleek design that is nice to look at. From all the counter-depth refrigerators we looked at the Electrolux was the only one that had such a deep depth design that look spacious instead of cramped.

Wonderful appliance

We've had this refrigerator for more than 6 months now and we love it. The interior space is well laid out and accomodates many different sized objects. The lighting is superior to any frige we have ever owned. We are constantly getting comments on how attractive the exterior design is.
We would highly recommend this to anyone.

First Class Product

The French Door Refrigerator is performing every bit as expected. There is plenty of room (even though it is counter depth) - and the ability of both doors to open to the "refrigerator" space accomdates storing larger items.
I would recommend this product.
