I'm very happy with my fridge. It's very spacious and I love the look. my favorite part is the bottom freezer. It's extremely functional and you can easily see and get to everything. My only complaint is the ice maker. the ice does not come out smoothy and it makes a mess.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wonderful Product - Not So Good Icemaker

Have had my Electrolux fridge for 2 years now. Absolutely nothing wrong with fridge itself. The fridge is beautiful and works wonderfully. Cannot say as much for the icemaker. The icemaker has been repaired probably more than 5 times. Electrolux has decided to change the whole fridge, for which I thank them. I was determined not to take another Electrolux but on arriving at the store, I was shown other makes of similar value. None compared with what I already have. For this reason, I am getting another Electrolux and hope that they have solved their icemaker problems.

My Fridge

We really like our Electrolux refrigerator with one exception, that being the ice maker. From what I have noticed and from what the repairman has said, putting an ice maker inside the refrigeration unit vice the freezer was a major mistake. I keep having problems with the ice maker freezing up, or not making ice.
Other than that, we love the unit.

Love my refrigerator with the bottom freezer

We have had this refrigerator 8 months and really love it. Although it took a bit of getting used to the new configuration (we had had a side-by-side,) we love the roomy bottom freezer and the way the two top doors open and close. They allow us to really use all the interior space. It took some getting used to the ice cube delivery because they would jam, but they work great when the glass is down held away from the chute. We would definitely buy this refrigerator again. (We also have the 30" built in oven, and love it even more. It is the best appliance in our kitchen.)

Ice maker is absolute garbage--

There is nothing wrong with my install, power, freezer temp etc. The ice maker does not fill up half way and there is MAYBE enough ice for 4 glasses of ice tea. There are better fridge choices out there.

Skip on the ice maker

Got this a little more than a year ago, overall I'm happy. the icemaker has it's own mind though and is noisy and huge. Stops making ice for no reason (turning ice off over night makes it start working so far though), overfills (which causes a knocking mechanical sounds). Due to the expirience with other Electrolux applicances I will probably get another brand if a major repair is due.

Love our fridge!

Love everything about this fridge. It is beautiful and functional. We got off to a rough start, but now are very pleased. The fridge from our initial delivery had an ice maker that didn't work, but after several visits by an appliance service repairman where it couldn't be fixed, Electrolux did send us a brand new fridge - thank you electrolux.
