Absolutely fantastic

This refridgerator is an absolutely fantastic machine.
It is very roomy and everything is placed to be handy.
We have no cons and it is everything you would want in a refridgerator.

Incredible Technology!

The only thing we have found - if you leave the doors open while putting away groceries for any extended time -- you have to restart the icemaker. Other than that - we love it!

NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME

This refrigerator is one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made with an appliance. I was sold on the Electrolux name. The first one delivered lasted a month before I needed to call a repair man only to find out the manufacturing was not completed, it was replaced by a new one. This new one lasted about 6 weeks when the computer boards stopped communicating with each other and a third unit was sent to me, where I had to wait 2 whole weeks without a refrigerator before the new one came, when the new one came the delivery men took a gash out of my front door(not a product issue but would never had happened if the first two actually worked). This third unit has had to have service come out to replace the ice make motor because it burned out in six months. I have gone about 7 months since my last service. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ELECTROLUX !!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice fridge

My wife and I have owned this fridge for almost a year, and overall we've been pretty happy. The things we love best are the large, full-depth drawer inside the fridge; the interior lighting; the restaurant-style ice cubes; the space in the freezer including the third rack; the height of the ice/water dispenser so that you can fill tall glasses; the amount of ice the fridge can produce (faster than most other fridges); the clean look on the front of fridge (without all the print aboe the ice/water dispenser); and the stainless look on both sides of the fridge (not just the front). It's a beautiful fridge.
Our biggest complaints would be that the ice falls all over the place when you use the dispenser (you must hold your glass up high next to the ice dispenser) and that the ice maker occasionally does not produce ice for some reason (I'll turn it off/on and pull out the ice box and then it'll start working again). The ice maker can be a nuisance at times, but overall we've been pretty pleased with this fridge. Most of our friends and guests have commented on how attractive it is as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Replacement Unit

This newest unit is a replacement for a malfuntioning Electrolux that was purchased only 15 months ago. It needed several repair calls and finally was replaced.
The current unit was installed just 9 days ago and already the water dispenser is not working. You guys do not have a good track record

Looks GREAT, but....

We LOVE the look of this refrigerator and most of its functions, but have had trouble with the magnetic hinge on the door (had to be replaced), and we're not happy with the length of time it takes the ice maker to put out the ice. Other than those two issues, the refrigerator is working fine. It's only one year old.

we have had a lot of trouble with the ice maker on this model. have had repairmen here 6 times in less than 5 months to repair it. hopefully it is now repaired. we also had to have the water dispenser repaired as the water turned on and wouldn't shut off again. we had water all over till we figured out how to get it to shut off. the refrigerator part works ok. like the freezer on bottom. like the stainless steel.
