Going on 3rd Unit, fingers crossed

I'm highly recommending you ask your salesperson detailed questions on if the units they are selling now have been updated.
We purchased ours less than a year ago and love the look, the LED lighting, and the handles fit the look in our new kitchen. Other than this fridge has been nothing but a problem. The first one we had service people come out at least 3 times. I finally demanded a replacement. I got the 2nd unit delivered early April and just last week the water dispenser was dripping. I pulled the ice box out to see the ice was melting and I couldn't stop it. Our fridge has stopped producing ice again and the freezer is giving us issues. I stopped into our appliance store and they said Electrolux admits there are flaws with this product. the changes have been made and we get our 3rd unit next Friday. Fingers are crossed. I would love to have this hassle behind us. Again great looking product but it has flaws!

bought this in March of 2010 and have already have 4 repairs to the ice maker. we entertain quite a bit and having to buy bags of ice and put them in a cooler while we thought we had an "amazing" ice maker, is, to say the least, disappointing. I will be taking off of work for my 4th time to wait for the super nice service men that continue to say, "you're not the only one". They know the repair well. Be leary for the amount of $$ for this appliance.

Do not get this refrigerator. Have had to replace the board 3 times. The ice cube mold once and now the motor for the ice maker. I will admit the refrigerator looks nice. But I would rather it function properly.

We LOVED our Electrolux refrigerator, briefly, when it worked. That lasted about 3-4 months,a nd it's been down hill ever since. So far we've had the ice maker repaired or replaced THREE TIMES in less than two years. Now the freezer will maintain temperature, but not the fridge. Everything in the fridge is now going bad, because it's been at 60 degrees for four days now. The repair place, of course, never has the parts, so you wait a couple days for them to get a technician out, then wait a couple more days for parts, then throw in a weekend.
If it worked for more than a month or two at a time, it would be better. But, this has been the single least reliable, most frustrating appliance we have EVER owned. I would never buy Electrolux again, not even on a dare.

The fridge has a nice design but after multiple repiars to the ice maker. I woud not recommend it to anyone unless you like wasting hard earned money.

Very disappointed with my refrigerator. Always has issues. Needs to be repaired often . Only two years old. Loved the look of it, but it just doesn't work., so the design I loved is obsolete,so disappointed

Had this 4 years and nothing but problems and repair bills. Spent as much on repairs
as i did this refrigerator. Big waste of money

Bad Fridge

I have been completely dissatisfied with this refrigerator. The layout of the interior is less than satisfactory and I have had multiple system failures. Thank goodness I got the extended service contract Because I have used it many many times. The icemaker is failed twice now, the entire computer went out in the unit stopped cooling over Thanksgiving, the water dispenser delet because I have used it many many times. The icemaker is failed twice now, the entire computer went out in the unit stopped cooling over Thanksgiving, the water dispenser leaked and had to be repaired and the fan in the freezer portion of the icemaker began making noise constantly and had to be repaired. Do not buy this refrigerator or any other Electrolux product. We had a dishwasher as well that we finally had to replace in the refrigerator is heading in the same direction.
