I love this printer because is easy to work with.

When you want to print only black & white, you cannot, if even one color cartridge is empty. I only print black & white so how did the color cartridges get used up and need to be replaced?
This information should be printed on the outside of the box.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a very compact and good looking printer. It prints fast photos and the quality is very good. I think that whoever designed the paper tray was not thinking quality, although it does seem to work it is a bear to operate, it is flimsy and not up to the quality of the Epson brand. This machine also is very noisy when it starts the print process it sounds like a threshing machine although it does quieten down quickly. I am having some problem connecting to my WiFi system. For the money I would give this unit a B+ Overall I am very satisfied & I am not surprised by the noise and tray factors since i had read the same comments in reviews before I purchased.

Artisan 710- High Quality..Low price

High quality pictures and easy CD/DVD printing. This is my second die sub printer. The first picture printed went into a glass of water for a week and was flawless after it dried. The Artisan 710 was quick and easy to set up on a wi fi network and is smaller than the previous Epson I had. The only negative aspect is that it is a very noisy printer as it prepares to actually print. Other than that, it's a fantastic printer!

Good quality printer. Would give 5 stars but it is so large, a little loud and some functions can be a little confusing. All in all it puts out quailty printing.

I have had the Artisan 710 for less than a year. It groans, squeaks, and the ink sometimes leaches out onto the paper.
I have always owned an Epson printer and been pleased with them all with an acception of this one.
