I am very pleased with the product, my 4th Epson printer/scanner. The photos are outstanding, the document printing is excellent and I especially like the 2sided printing. I have another Epson printer/scanner on the same 2 computers and they do not interfere with each other, which was a concern. I highly recommend the Epson products.

Great printer

I've been able to double side pages without a problem and I've printed beautiful photos. Only problem is that I need to go through more steps to get what I want before I print. I enlarge drawings a lot and it takes longer to get to the percentages I need. Otherwise, it's great

WOULDN'T BUY AGAIN

This 710 is NOT truly compatible with Windows 7. When it would not let me find my memory card from the computer, Epson did a "workaround" and rigged it. I find it now, but it is a pain. No matter what DPI I select for the scanner, it still produces a blurry picture (this is probably related to Windows 7 as well. If you don't use the lowest setting of 300 DPI, it takes the scanner forever to scan it.

great printer with a fatal flaw

I would give this printer 5 stars if it weren't for a fatal flaw. If any cartridge is empty it will no longer print. So if you run out of magenta ink and want to print a black and white page you can't. It won't let you until you replace the magenta cartridge. Why do companies do things like this? I would recommend this product to a bunch of people now I will recommend it to no one. Well I will never buy another epson even though quality is otherwise good.

The Printer I bought from the store had paper feed issues I got not resolve. After contacting Epson They sent me a replacement printer and I sent the defective one back and have had no problems with the one they sent me. It was quick and easy. The new one works great no paper feed errors and the print quality is good.

Amazing picture quality with the right paper!! Very simple to install, even for someone who's not very much into "technology." And it looks great, too :)

Two weeks and the honeymoon is still on. My previous Epson wore out after 5-7 years of heavy work so this is my choice. It is quieter and the doublesided printing is really nice. It warns that the first ink cartridges will not last as long because of the "charging" or priming needed but I have been printing A LOT and we are still a go. I worried about the paper feed as I have always had direct feed from the back but it is working just fine, even with used paper. Photo printing is not so important to me but I did print one just to see the results and it is really good.
