Love this printer!

I've been using my new Artison 810 for about a week now and just love it. I was surprised it arrived so quickly (less than a week). Set-up was a breeze. I set it up wirelessly on our home network and three computers, all in less than an hour!
I am very, very pleased with the print quality. Even on draft, the print is clear and easy to read, and is square on the page. That may sound odd, but my last printer rarely printed square on the page. And the print quality of photos is amazing - definitely ultra HD.
This is the first Epson printer I have owned, but if the Artison 810 continues to perform this well, it's safe to say Epson will be the only brand I buy from now on.

I am very happy with my Epson Artisan all-in-one printer. I have done some faxing on it and was very pleased with the service. I'm looking forward to do some photos in the near future. I have already recommended the Epson Artisan all-in-one printer to a friend of mine who has a business. I have owned Epson printers before and they've always served me very well.

This is without a doubt the best printer I have ever owned. If there is a fault it is the fact that it refuses or penalizes me when I use another brand of paper that is not Epson. That is unfair and was never mentioned to be when I purchased my printer from Epson. For a first quality probuct that is really a low blow and a big negative. If you have enough faith in my liking your product that is the pits. Maybe there is a change I can make to my printer that would stop it from penalizing me when I use my preseent supply of Photo paper. Other than that it is great and does a first class job. Help me fix my problem. Thanks. Otherwise I will not consider you again if there is another product available that is similar.

Well, so far so good. I set it up this afternoon. It was fairly easy. I just had to make sure that I did not plug in the USB cable until prompted, as well as, not loading paper until prompted. Print image is good, color is good. I love the color display.
Other than that. So far so good!

I've been using this product for a couple days. The reason for choosing this printer was for it's direct to cd printing, fax, photo, copy, wifi and ePrint capabilities.
The prints are OK on plain paper. Printing a web page with pictures on plain paper seem to have a light film look to it, but it prints fast. You can set the printer for darker printing via print setting.
Faxing through my Magic Jack worked flawlessly although when I did a fax line check it did fail for quality of the signal. Either way faxing through the Magic Jack worked without a hitch.
Direct to CD printing works, but took a little while to figure out how to make it work with disklabel on my mac.
Every computer in the house prints wirelessly to the printer with no problems.
I was a little disappointed that I couldn't print direct to the printer with my iPad via ePrint without using another app. You have to Download a third party app onto the iPad called PrintJinni to print direct to Epson printers. Even with this app you have to send an email to yourself with the attached document you want printed and print through Printjinni. It does work don't get me wrong. I just wish it was without another app on the iPad.
Photo prints are outstanding on premium photo glossy paper. There's no doubt this is a great photo printer. All the colors of the original digital photos of my daughters wedding in Hawaii where well represented with the prints from this printer. The prints seem to be exact replica's of the oringinal photo's on my computer. I can't say enough about the photo quality.
Copy from the flat bed works fine. I only copied black and white receipts for my expense reporting.
The touch panel is my favorite part of using this printer. It's easy to use even for my wife. It's well laid out, so you can start the basic function quickly and easily. I also like the way the paper feed tray and the output tray folds closed so no dust gets into the roller mechanism. I normally blame the dust on the roller mechanism for the failure to pull the paper through the system after a year of use.
I do wish the black cartridge was bigger, so I don't have to change that as often since most of the prints in this house are black text doc's.
