Artisan 810

I am pleased with the printer. I had to have the printer communicate wirelessly to the router first. Installation is a bit tricky for a novice. I ended up going online epson.com to download the drivers for networking for each computer ..win 7 64 bit and win vista 32 bit...after I installed them, I was able to pick up the printer wirelessly. Did not need the installation cd . The paper tray is fragile in my opinion but I dont have any kids around to harm it. I have 3 computers, and my iphone all printing wirelessly so I am happy so far.

Love my Epson Artisan 810 All-in-One

Because of my previous experience with an Epson Stylus; I purchased the Artisan 810 with confidence over a year ago. I now needed an all-in-one with option to print pictures. I am very happy with the 810 and the customer service I received from Epson when the original purchase had a malfunction within the first year. I received a replacement within three days with no hassles. I will forever be loyal to Epson and recommend them to anyone. Thank you Epson!!!

This printer does it all - and does it all well. It's fast; the scanner is seamless; the fax is a workhorse; the document feeder is pro quality, and the print quality - color and sharpness is heads above any other reasonably price unit I've seen. Thanks Epson!

Still learning. Everything OK in pictures except when I tried to print a transparency on vellum - inkjet white. Feeder would not pickup the slippery paper.
I did read that matte is used for presentations. Have not bought any matte paper to test yet.
Scan and copy OK. Do not use FAX.

I never owned a Epson printer before. This is my first and I'm so glad I did my due deligence and bought one of the best. This printer is so nice....it was easy to set up (everything was marked clearly), easy to install the wireless, very easy to use, it prints excellent pictures and paper copies, much quieter than my previous printer (another company) and it prints pretty fast.
I did have a problem where I could not print at the same time if I was on the internet. I use a Sprint USB card and received a message stating 2 wireless ports could not be connected at the same time. I discovered, though, that by connecting to the internet by right clicking on the Mobile (under Network connections) and connect...it was a snap! (I had been connecting using the connection card) No problems printing while on or off the internet.

A Diamond in the Rough....

This Remarkable Artisan 810 is just that. A Diamond in the Rough. It does More at a Higher quality than competitors products with Much more advertising, & cost. Epson products are made to the standards & demands of us experienced photography professionals. Yet at a price point and ease of use for the average consumer. Personally I think you undersell your Great products, & beauty of your remarkable color pallet. And you "Can", quote me on that...
